Nice people, good price and equipment clean and reliable. So, why a low rating. Simply outdated and poor credit card handling practices, rather than run my credit card and receive a pre-approval apparently company policy requires them to write credit card information on the rental agreement. That same paper rental agreement that will be filed and kept for years, handled by many different people. Bob did offer to mark out the credit card information on rental agreement and did so when I returned. I do apricate that, however had I not been already committed to renting and had people waiting I would have left without renting. I will not be using them again due to this outdated and dangerous credit card handling practice.

After the October Ice storm and 14 days later without electricity, the kitchen drain was backed up, after many different attempts to free the clog, I called Country Equipment in Mustang for a sewer snake, he said he had one and I told him I would be there in 30 minutes. Another customer was there trying to intimidate the man in charge to let him rent this sewer snake, when I arrived the same customer tried to intimidate me as well. I have to thank the sales man for being a honest good guy, what he says is as good as a handshake, and his handshake is as good as his what he says. Thank you for the good Soul you are, The drain was cleared!
