Thank you 777 Roofing for helping us deal with our insurance adjuster so we could get the roof properly replaced quickly on our home! AND a very special thanks to Dakota for all his hard work in making sure the insurance was coordinated with the installers and that the payments were made as agreed. The work was performed timely (even after a few rain delays) and was done perfectly. I appreciate the extra effort with the clean up too and that the installers didn't crush my flower beds. It's the little things like this that make your company stand out among others. We will definitely call you again if your services are needed.
I've never had a better experience with a roofing company. Sam was very attentive to every little detail of the job, and was always available to answer any questions I had. The roof, gutters, shed, and garage doors exceeded my expectations. And the crew did a great job protecting our landscaping and pond.

Had a small leak in our roof over our porch, called 777 and had Lee come out in less than an hour to take a look and troubleshoot. He was very professional and thorough helping narrow the issue down to my chimney housing and recommended a chimney professional to take a look at it. Very easy and pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend the 777 Roofing team!

Daughter called on July 5th stating she had water leaking through the roof into the interior of her house. Called Lee Houston with 777 Roofing and had a very quick response and solutions implemented. Not only did they provide a temp solution upon discovering the point of entry, they also installed flashing and gasket around an exposed PVC pipe as well. We will be utilizing 777 Roofing for all our roofing needs!

He provided valuable information for HOA approval, worked with our insurance company to ensure thorough coverage, and supervised the entire installation of our new roof and gutter system.
The installation team worked with impressive speed and efficiency, completing the job in a remarkably short period. Going above and beyond since we have small children, Sam even returned a third time to meticulously sweep our yard for any leftover nails. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome!

Sean @ 777 Roofing and Construction provided excellent customer service. He inspected and took pictures of all damage. He was very attentive to my concerns and stayed in contact with me on the progress of the job. My roof was replaced and updated to code, the patio cover and all guttering was also replaced. Sean worked with the insurance company to make the process easy. He was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with all repairs.

Justin Easley and 777 Roofing & Construction, LLC did an amazing job. The insurance company was being very stubborn but Justin stayed on them and proved the damage was indeed there. Justin was very helpful in providing several color options in shingle and gutter color for us to choose from, his suggestion was right on the money. We wisely upgraded to Impact Resistant Class 4 shingles for added protection and our peace of mind. We appreciate Justin bringing our inadequate roof ventilation to current industry standards. Justin’s roofing crew was very courteous, very careful and respectful of our property and even finished in one day. Carmen and I highly recommend Justin and 777 Roofing for all your roofing needs. I had a gentleman arrive on time for a free roofing inspection and I was impressed with how courteous he was to me and my husband. He told us what he would look for, how long it would take and that he would take pictures if needed. Once he was he would tell us if we had any damage and his honest recommendations. Our roof was still in good shape, even after recent hailstorms this summer, and that we don’t need a new roof. I was surprised he didn’t recommend a new roof “just because” and assured me my roof was good to last another year of storms. He also told us what to review in our insurance policy to prepare if we ever needed a new roof. I was impressed with his honesty and knowledge. Thank you Chase Young for your kindness and honesty.

What can I say about Josh Daugherty with 777 Roofing & Construction, LLC? I think the better question is, what can I not say? I was very much impressed.
On July 10, 2023, Josh dropped by my home and offered a free roof inspection. I hadn't had my roof repaired since I bought my home in 2017. And after a few heavy hailstorms that had come in recently, I figured this was as good a time as any to get an inspection. So, I had Josh come by the next morning to do his thing. To no surprise, there was hail damage to various sections of the roof, both garage doors, a window screen and glazing bead, as well as the rain gutters.
Now, too be honest, I had not initially planned to go with Josh. Earlier this year, another roofer had made quite the impression on me. So, much so, I left him a glowing review. But for whatever reason, I decided to look for reviews on 777 Roofing. On Google Reviews, I discovered over 190 reviews with 5-star ratings, consistently over a span of 4 years, but 1 as far back as 9 years. That's pretty darn impressive. I then researched the roofer that I'd initially planned to hire. Nothing less than 5-star ratings, as well, but with only a review count in the mid-20s. The comparison in experience presented a gap too wide to bridge. I had to choose a side. I'm sure you know who I chose.
I contacted my insurance and filed a claim. Josh was familiar with my assigned adjuster. They both worked together in harmony and Josh ensured that my claim was approved. Subsequently, Josh sat down with me to go over the type of roof I wanted - shingles, color, longevity, yada, yada, yada. You know how it goes. He also walked me through the process of what to expect from start to finish when the job began, and then put me on the schedule.
On Tuesday, August 29, 2023, early morning, the job began. It went just as Josh said it would. There was a lot of noise, hammering, banging, ripping, and trashing, as to be expected, but I wasn't much bothered by that. The only inconvenience was that the wife and I had to park our cars out on the street while the dumpster and roofing material occupied the driveway. But on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, before 10:00am, the job was completed, which was so fast, it had not even set in that I'd been inconvenienced. Next thing I knew, Josh was already outside with his magnetic pickup tool making sure no nails were left behind. We wouldn't want to puncture our tires, or feet for that matter. Beforehand, Josh said after he performed a cleanup, I shouldn't find more than 2 or 3 nails left behind. I found only 2, one in the driveway and the other in the garden bed. All I can say, is my hat's off to Josh for a job well done. If memory serves, I believe Josh told me he'd earned a degree in criminal justice, but his interest shifted to roofing. I have no doubt that with his communicative skills, eye for detail and work ethic, he'd be an asset in any field he chose to work.
And if that's not enough, the owner of 777 Roofing, Larry Andrews, and his consultant, Mike Coday, dropped by later in the day to make sure all my needs had been met. Larry has put together quite the team and appears to have a well-oiled machine. I highly recommend 777 Roofing for your roofing needs. Thanks guys!
