I called due to my washing machine not working. David was very helpful and told me what to try. It worked! I highly recommend Alpha Omega Appliance Repair if you need help with your appliances.

The owner was in a tight spot. A customer called him out that was Covid positive. They knew it and exposed him to it. He was shut down for two weeks on quarantine because of this. He listened to my issue and provided me with guidance to solve the problem even though he couldn’t come out.

David has alway been more than fair. He will answer your questions over the phone. If he can't fix it, he will let you know. He can be trusted to charge what is right every time. Don't waste your time calling other repair specialist because David is the best.

I called Alpha Omega and another repair place today. I just happened to schedule with another company before David from Alpha Omega called me back, which was just within minutes. He was extremely friendly, was not upset I scheduled with another company, when I told him who it was he said nice things about him. I didn't use him this time but I highly respected his professionalism on the phone and will keep his number for future reference. I would definitely recommend him.

I had an issue with my refrigerator a while back, so I called Alpha Omega to see if they could help. David returned my call after I initially left a voicemail and he helped go over some options regarding my problem (which was a computer board issue). He spoke with me for some time on the phone , and helped me to decide it would just be best to get a new refrigerator. He charged me nothing and spent his own time discussing the issue with me. He truly cares that people are taken care of and treats people how he'd like to be treated. If I ever have any issues I will certainly call David back again and give him my business! Great customer service!

What a wonderful experience. It is nice to know there are still people with integrity in this world. My husband and I agree this is the company we will call and always refer our friends and family too. People like this you want to make sure they stay in business. I called David, left a message regarding the cost of service call on fridge. He called back w/in 1/2 hour and helped me over the phone from the road. He told me the most likely reason for problem and how to resolve it. He was absolutely right and saved me the service call, repair and/or replacement costs. I will call David again for any other appliance issues and have shared my story w/ friends/family/co-workers. Call David if you have an issue. Can't beat his speed, friendliness, or SERVICE.
