I give two stars for being available quickly for service. However I take off three for being charged a service fee for no service. My husband told them what was going on over the phone with our washer. Although he agreed to the charge the tech basically told him at the door there was nothing he could do to fix the washer. Well why did you waste our time and money? He unplugged it to maybe reset the circuit board but probably not. So we paid for something that could have been said over the phone for free. Will not call them ever again.

We recently needed our (very unique) dryer fixed and had the toughest time finding a place that could schedule us and had someone qualified to work on our appliance. This place was a revelation! They were able to schedule us for the very next day. The mechanic did his consultation very quickly and quoted a reasonable price. He returned the next day to work on it. He was friendly, polite, and even explained what we could do in the future to prevent any further damage to the dryer. Will definitely work with them again!
