If you ever need something they can help you. Clayton Zorn is my nephew and Julie Zorn my niece and Cole Zorn is my great nephew and they sure have helped me and my daughter. They’re good people.

A terrible experience from the start. Before coming here I was even told to go somewhere else due to the bad attitude and lack of customer service. Shame on me. I rented a skid steer from this place along with the trailer. The equipment was secured by the staff as I double checked them. However, I was not aware that I needed to check the equipment, itself, for unsecure items. i.e. the back window. As I drove the equipment only 7 miles to it's destination, the back window of the skid steer popped off on a bump. It was not damaged and everything was still intact. I brought this to the grumpy old man's attention and he just told me it was on me and that it would cost me an additional $50. But don't worry, he offered to let me do it myself. What a guy. I suppose this is how you treat your combat veterans. Keep the $50, old man. You won't be getting any more of my time or money.

Very unprofessional. I referred my fellow associate who is a special forces, mutiple tour combat vet to rent a skid steer and they charged him $50 extra. These guys do not support our veterans and nobody should shop here unless you want to not get a deposit back for no reason at all other then there junky equipment falls apart and then you get charged extra.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Walks you through the equipment and gives you tips of how to fix your problem. He was also lenient on the return time. He could've charged me for a full day since I was a little bit late. I will definitely return

They are friendly, work real hard, and make sure they keep their equipment up better than any family I know. They have been been in Oklahoma for a very long time and I would never hesitate to rent from them. They are a great wealth of information on anything they rent.
