Roger was very professional and courteous. He did a thorough job inspecting the home we are purchasing and explained his findings in great detail so we could make the right decisions moving forward with the sellers. I highly recommend American Pride Home Inspection, LLC and Roger Holman.
Bob was more than willing to show and explain to me all the defects and deficiencies in the house. The home inspection report was promptly sent the same day even though the inspection was later in the evening.

I would not place your trust here, or it will surely bite you back later. Inspector is the final hurdle of our home purchase, and they failed terribly to ensure we had a smooth transition, but it cost us thousands due to negligence. We discovered a deeper foundational issue that were not brought up to us with a sense of severity. Remember that a picture says a thousand words and it’s a better way of showing what need to be addressed to the seller then negotiate but we didn’t have that. They are taking responsibility because it’s the language they used are in favor of the inspectors even though it’s wrong (from a real estate lawyer). I would save the headache and have a peace of mind by getting another inspector.

You better pick up every personal item left by the seller and look under it or these people will use it as an excuse when you later discover the things they missed. I didn't pick them to do the inspection they were picked for me and did a poor job using excuses in fine print to cover their rear end.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Roger Holman for a house inspection, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. His thoroughness and professionalism were truly exceptional, making the entire process both informative and stress-free.

Roger Holman missed a gas leak, and a faulty control module on our water heater. The hot water spews out black specs in our tub halfway up filling it up. Our hot water has been lukewarm at best since moving in. Customer service when I called about this was snarky and sarcastic, there’s nothing they can do and “no way to predict the future”. I asked if it had truly broken between inspection and closing, that’s our problem still? She asked “do you think they lived there without hot water? Do you think people do that?” I said how would I know? All I know is we now have a tagged hot water heater with gas turned off, marked as dangerous by ong, no hot water and two small children to bathe and cook for and no way to do so until warranty approves the fix. Our home was inspected on 7/19, we closed on 8/12. per the gas company this doesn’t look like a new issue, the hot water tank is 8-10 years old. I’m not sure how this passed inspection”. Sooo we’re left to take this up with warranty which probably won’t cover much for replacing our entire water heater. Couldn’t be more disappointed. No sympathy, no help, trash inspection.

Super thorough, got the inspection report quickly, easy to make an appointment, sign paperwork, pay, and access the (extensive) report online (with pictures of everything, serial numbers of appliances noted and sent to a recall watch service, and location of important stuff emphasized). Overall great work from really nice people. They made the inspection easy and took away the stress from this part of the home buying process.
I especially love how accessible they made it for first time home buyers.

My fiance and I are buying our first house and Don (can I call you Don?!) was our inspector. He was incredibly nice and respectable. His thorough work ethic really made an impression on us!! He shared with us what his personal concerns would be about the house if he were be buying. His honesty was greatly received and appreciated! He had noticed me jotting down everything he was saying and reassured me he would send a concise report to both of us, which thank goodness, because I could not have written it better than he did! After the inspection, he offered clear and "easy to understand" layman's terms about things I have never had to know before. We thank you, Don, for our thorough inspection and would recommend 10/10. Thank you! -the woman who like to write lists on lists!! (and my Fiance)
