Mr. Appliance of OKC were great. They repaired our Sub Zero quickly and professionally. Their technician Logan was amazing. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it with in 48 Hours. Logan even made a follow-up visit on a Saturday to make sure everything was working. Already having them look at 2 other appliances. Fantastic experience. Liz E.

My service Technician, Jason, was very knowledgeable and efficient he diagnosed the issue with my LG refrigerator in less than five minutes. The part had to be ordered of course and took a full week to get in. Luckily it was not a dire issue that left us refrigerator-less for the week. So not Mr. Appliances fault but aggravating none the less. He did the repair very quickly and we were very happy with him. I definitely recommend the company.

problem with my dryer not drying correctly and the clothes were coming out wrinkled. They came out and checked the dryer. They said the problem was that our vents were clogged. (I was not understanding how that could be as we have a brand new home and have been here only a year.)
So we called another tech to come out and check our vents. Guess what? It was clear as a bell, in fact here are the pics he provided us. So I called the company twice bc I had been charged a service fee and an additional fee which left our bill $171. I still do not understand how they can charge this and nothing was fixed. The company offered to come back out but I honestly don't trust them now all I wanted was to be charged the original $119 fee and be refunded the rest. The company refused to refund the rest of the fee. Very dishonest!

Logan and Jay were awesome, professional, and knowledgeable. They replaced a bad relay on our refrigerator/freezer and then had to come back out the next day because the compressor went out. Logan told us that it would take 3 hours to fix it and he was on the money. I have used Mr. Appliance before and they don’t disappoint.
