Builders Warehouse sold us a vanity on sale, drilled extra holes for free, and loaded it in our truck and trailer for us. They were very helpful even though they were busy. All of the employees were professional, competent, and helpful. Give this business a chance! Check them out at 10th and Rockwell.

Place is absolutely the best .I don't know what you are looking for,But they have it.The people working there actually help you. They ask someone who does know if for some reason they don't ..
I have been in there every day since I happen to find it on my way to lows. Just go check it out. If you want to build a shack or a mansion..

Seems to have good products but some are not good. They do not back there products, I bought some flooring that was installed by there salesman, they did a brutal job and was installed July of 2022. The flooring is now falling apart. I must replace at my cost, I’m out flooring, padding and labor. Also don’t let the cabinet guys install your new cabinets, Ma%#^**^%# did the install, he has had more complaints than roundup. Ma?$&)(;@@& sells lots of cabinets and that’s the only reason he has kept his job, the owner loves him. So in short don’t let them do the install. They don’t back up their work, Also don’t leave your tools near them things seem to disappear. Also the price of the install will change daily during the install, old cabinets left and not hauled off as agreed upon, measurements for new cabinets don’t fit, I can go on and on. I could add more but what’s the point, nothing will change, The Manager of the store would not do anything.

I bought a quarts counter top from this place. I picked up the counter yesterday and they put the counter in the bed of my truck. Mind you they did not put any protection around the counter top no bubble wrap or anything. The guy put it into my truck pretty roughly. I told the customer service they said I chipped it. They sent a security footage to my email claiming it was not chipped. But you could not see anything from a security camera from 10 foot away. Also the camera footage cut out right before the guy dragged the counter in the bed of my truck. My problem is why don’t they put bubble wrap around a counter top it’s so easy to solve this. I would not shop here.

Never going back. I have spent over $10k here in the past year. I recently bought 50 cases of tile to redo a floor. When they went to load it they took the forklift out back instead of loading the tile from the showroom. The loaders brought in a nasty pallet soaking wet and set it directly on my trailer. They didn't try to go through anything and after my protest I was told to bring back any damaged tile if there was a problem. I found a busted case on the bottom and brought it back. When I returned the broken tile they just didn't care and hassled me. Don't trust them and insist on everything up front. No returns.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home and have been remodeling. Builders warehouse came to our home and took measurements of the kitchen and bathroom countertops and sinks. We replaced everything with granite and new sinks. We’re we’re able to do granite in our kitchen and both bathroom for a very reasonable price. Much cheaper than anywhere else we had shopped.

I'll take pics on next visit.. They have a large selection of Wall and Floor Tiles, Sinks, Vanities, Toilets..etc.. Prices are very reasonable..

If you have the right expectations, this store is great.
They have a good to great selections of tile (all types), backsplashes, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, bathroom sinks, farm style kitchen sinks, vanities, shower doors, barn doors and accessories, solid wood interior and exterior doors, soaking freestanding bathtubs, counter tops (granite and wood) and cabinets. They also carry some hardware, grout, etc.
Pros: For what they carry they have a good selection. Many items are unique and cannot be found locally elsewhere. Inventory changes out some so there is often something new to see if you only visit once or twice a year. Some of their prices are really good and most are at least fair. Great place to get ideas.
Cons: Limited inventory. If it's not on the list above, you're gonna have to shop somewhere else to get the rest of the items on your list. Inventory comes and goes (if you see it and like it, you better buy it). It's aggravating how often items they have on display are out of stock for extended periods of time. However, be careful about overbuying for a project or impulsive buys. They have a very strict return policy that basically states you can't bring it back. I like overbuying at the big box stores or online knowing I can return what I don't open/use. The website is horrible. Inventory and prices are rarely current. Customer service is not consistent. Some employees are very helpful and others are totally clueless and act like you're a bother. Check/compare the price before you buy. We often find tile much cheaper with a consistently better quality at the big box stores locally.
Over the years we've bought mostly tile here for various remodels. I never felt we got the tile at a great price, it was most often unique.
We also bought a beautiful bathroom freestanding vanity there several years ago and it's great quality and always gets compliments (see pic).
So, definitely visit, shop and get ideas there. Just do it with the knowledge you need to compare prices and know you can't return it.
