I dealt with Maurice and his team at cabinet warehouse… Great results. Great service couldn’t have been happier… I would recommend them to anyone needing cabinets in the Oklahoma City area.

Bought cabinets for my office. Bryan Hernandez was the salesperson. Cabinets were in stock and when I took them out of the box they were completely grey and the display in their showroom was brownish grey, he explained that away with telling me their display was several years old and finishes change. I was prepared to accept that, but then when I realized he shorted me one pull handle, I call him and he says that they will not expedite shipping one to me and that it will "GET HERE WHEN IT GETS HERE AND YOU CAN COME PICK IT UP". He then informs me that I will have to pay for it. He ordered 11, and his drawing that HE PRODUCED shows 12. So he cannot count to 12, and I get to pay for it and drive across town again. I will NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

I am amazed at the level of service from every piece of this business.
From Brian in the showroom, to JD for countertops, to the dude taking card payments and the countertop installers.
Will 100% use again.

My wife and I sashayed into here after a visit to another business. Weren't really planning on talking to a sales person but as we were looking one walked up. We discussed our plans and he shared what they do and their cost which is very reasonable. A pleasant professional experience.

I had a really bad experience with these people a year ago. But one of the vanities in my house got some water damage, and I thought I’d give these people another try because of the convenience of having cabinets pre-fabricated and ready to install. I called up a couple weeks ago asked them if they had what I was looking for they said yes! a week later I called and ordered it, I gave them all the dimensions and they said everything would be ready. I went a couple days after that to pick it up, and they didn’t have anything ready... They had not remember anything I wanted, Forgot and didn’t write down dimensions. That guy literally had one job to do, one job, and couldn’t do that. This place is a joke and makes home-improvement a nightmare.

I remodeled a home in Oklahoma City a few month ago. The service we received from Cabinet outlet was great. The cabinets were very nice for the price. They worked with us to get the best value.
The counter tops look great and the installation was excellent. They left the job clean and were here when they said they would.

I went in for a countertop quote and no way would I ever buy from this place. As soon as I walked through the door this guy was looking at his cell phone, and didn't even look at me for about 3 minutes before he nonchalantly said, "can I help you" still looking at his phone! There was no one else in the store on a Saturday, now I know why. I almost walked out right then, but I at least wanted to see if they were competitive in price. I knew what I needed except I really wanted to see materials up close, but then this guy really insulted my intelligence by not listening to my measurements and then saying what I wanted is really expensive (like too expensive for you). I know he doesn't make much money working in that place, but he doesn't know me or what I do for a living. I decided right then, I would never buy from this place, despite the price, but since I was there, I gotta quote. What this guy called expensive lets me know he's not only in my class, but not even in the same school. One guy there was nice, but sometimes one jerk can ruin the whole experience. Needless to say, I went with someone else.
