As a driver, I refuse to leave a bad review until having visited a receiver many times…sometimes you have a bad day and you shouldn’t be judged just on that day…having been here 6 times, it’s the same game every time…one forklift driver to load and unload trucks, and, as should be, their trucks as always loaded first…that is not my problem…my issue is with the forklift driver and always just sitting around doing nothing…he will unload a truck and then take an hour break doing nothing before moving to another truck…I have witnessed this every single time I have delivered to this location, and, good lord his attitude…this man must just hate life…you will be waiting here for hours if you deliver and for no reason other than a forklift driver with a bad attitude on life…this trip, I arrived at 7am, first in line, it’s 9am and he still hasn’t unloaded a truck…I will refuse any further deliveries to this location…it’s not worth it…maybe a company so successful should hire some help

The WORST PLACE IVE EVERY BEEN. The Forklift DRIVERS ARE SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THERE ATTITUDES ARE DISGUSTING AND I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE 4 stars I would… LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND CARE FOR DRIVERS . Not only did I miss my next pick up I had to seat for over 6 1/2 hrs to be unloaded… I’m currently 4 months pregnant no public restrooms plus I was already sick for the pass 2 nights. Lord if I didn’t have to provide for my unborn I would’ve left and suffered the consequences. My last month driving dealing with a bunch of Ignorant men who have no respect for anyone’s time or patients . I’ve been driving for over 10 years now it’s about time I leave.

The receiving manager is very unprofessional and does not have enough interpersonal skills to be in that position. He speaks down to vendors and barks orders at his employees. You would do well to get him some HR training.

Of all the places I have delivered to, Cherokee Building Materials Inc is the nicest, most respectful and professional of them all. Even when the day was showing craps, they were accommodating. I'll never turn down this load!

Not very professional. Over priced, compared to there competitors and, just not a good experience. That’s on a quote. Imagine if you had a refund this company would be a night mare. Buyer beware. Avoid this company.
