Playa provided a thoroughly documented and reasonable estimate to repair the concrete shell, then install new plaster and tile at my in-ground pool, and went over the scope with me at my home. The work crew showed up when they said they would, were very careful of my plants and property, and stayed as long as needed each day, cleaning up after themselves. The work was finished the other night (literally NIGHT, the crew stayed until 9 p.m. to finish caulking the joints around the coping, and clean up the area). It's filling now and both the materials and workmanship are gorgeous. The detail work is great, no short cuts were taken that I can find. Playa Pool Plaster and Tile is highly recommended.
We had Playa replace the tile on our pool and are very happy with the job they did. Very professional and they completed the job quickly. I definitely recommend them!

I worked with Playa Pools Plaster and Tile on our pool remodel which included tile, coping, demo and replacing concrete, new return and suction lines, and applying cool deck. Their crew was professional and courteous. I was impressed with the detail in the tile and coping jobs. They did excellent work and our pool looks awesome! I highly recommend Playa Pools!

I highly recommend Playa Pools to replaster or in my case completely remodel your pool. My pool was totally demoed and rebuilt from the shell out. Playa is mostly a family owned business that came highly recommended from a couple a community neighbors in Gaillardia. I had put off doing a new plaster remodel until I was referred to Playa Pools and saw their quality work first hand. My pool turned out gorgeous and honestly even better than I would ever have imagined. This is the hardest working bunch of people I have ever met. If you want a beautiful pool, remodeled or replastered you will not find a more honest hard working quality class of people that Playa Pools Plaster & Tile, they can do it all too! Thank you Playa! Highly recommend using Playa Pools!! With regard to our recent extensive Providence neighborhood HOA pool renovation by Playa, we are extremely pleased with their entire business process. From price to schedule to communication to performance, Playa was outstanding! Even if a stone was chipped or broken, they replaced the items instead of gluing or covering it up. Considering today's competition for pool business, this family-run operation made our project seem just as important as the others they were working on at the same time. What was also impressive was the follow-on instructions the offered to ensure the integrity of the new plaster, tile, etc, plus even provided info of the sealant and sand used as well as which ones to avoid. Playa Pools is a family owned and operated company. We had our pool replastered and new coping installed and it looks like a brand new pool. We were so pleased with the service and the professionalism of this family. They always showed up and they always cleaned up the mess before they left each day. We were blown away by their service. Highly recommend!!

Playa Pools is the best pool company! They are family owned and do all of the work themselves. We had our 30+yr old pool redone with new coping, tile, plaster, plumbing, lights, etc. They were always here when they said they would be here, working all day and into the evening on some occasions. If we had a question or concern they responded to texts right away. The workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend this company!
