They were very responsive and got a tech onsite to address my gate issue the next day. Cliff was great, finding a creative way to address the issue and had a great attitude. This is my 2nd experience with DH Pace. Both have been very positive!
This morning, I had the absolute weirdest human interaction of my life with Matt H from DH Pace. He ignored me trying to inform him that he was working on the wrong door. Then, when he was asking for us to sign the paper and issue payment, he didn't look us in the face once. He consistently looked down at the floor and was weirdly rude when we were asking what exactly he did and what we were paying $360 for. He was extremely short with his reply's. I had to ask several times and in several different ways the same question to finally get a response and understand that apparently parts were needed and he would need to return. I understand everyone has bad days, but I don't feel like this man should be working customer service with an attitude like that. We will likely not be returning to this company for the actual repairs.

Thanks for sending your gate technicians to our home. They did all they could but could and finally decided to replace the one and only electronic circuit board in the gate system. I think that’s a great idea. Thank you.

I had a liftmaster gate opener installed 3 years ago by a less than adequate fence builder. I have had problems with this opener for the last three years. Finally the person that installed it quit answering his phone. This was actually a blessing in surprise. I called DH Pace on a monday morning (keep in mind I'm 90 miles away), they told me they could get out there the following Tuesday. They called a little later Monday afternoon and said they had a technician about 40 miles away andf he coul;d get there the same day. Cliff and Casey showed up exactly when they said they would, they were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They went through the gate fixed a problem for me and made sure everything was working properly. Cliff even tested the gate about 15 time before they left to make sure it was operating like it should. I work in customer service and am for the most part a very hard person to please, But DH Pace nailed it. Thanks for the experience and the great customer service!!!

I would recommend technician Josh and Matt; they inform me of what the issue was with my roll-up unit door. After it was done, they took me back over to the unit door & show me how to handle the unit properly, and they did it all in this cold weather with a smile. They were very professional. I will highly recommend them by telling my friends and
other extra storage companies to use them.
