Javier helped me out today, he made sure the job was done correctly and that even parts that weren’t broken were tightened up and working properly. He was awesome! Jay and Zach did the initial visit yesterday, and they were just as great. Everyone at Doortec from the customer service line to the techs that came out 10 out of 10. They were all helpful, customer oriented, and explained anything that had issue in detail. I’ve heard horror stories about garage door companies and was hesitant to use a company I didn’t know, but they came through in spades. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs work done. Thank you guys for getting my door working better than before it broke!

Javier was Amazing!! He texted to let me know he was ahead of schedule, and could be on his way. Which was great! He reviewed the door, explained exactly what was needed, completed the project in a timely manner and was on his way!! There was no clean up on my part & the door is back like brand new!
