Braydn and Taylor were both so helpful and fixed our garage door! I had called for someone to come out to fix the opener and they were able to fit an appointment as soon as possible. Taylor was very thorough explaining the inspection issues and walked us through the different options. Braydn installed the new opener quickly with no issues. Glad we got help from Jolly Goat Garage Doors!
They showed up on time and when they said they would. Surprisingly that’s hard to find these days. Everyone was exceptionally polite and well mannered from speaking to them on the phone to the technician that sold it to me and the installer. Couldn’t be happier. Had one little hiccup with the install and they were back to fix it in no time. Great service and even better people. Thank you for the help!

My garage door broke at the most inconvenient time and Jolly Goat was here to the rescue. Omar showed up on time and was the most polite individual I have met in a long while. He was very knowledgeable and gave me multiple options during his inspection, but was never pushy. That was so appreciated. His professionalism had made me lifelong customer and I’m telling all my friends. I highly recommend Jolly Goat for all your garage door needs.

One of my springs snapped so Braydn came out to replace on Monday with an individual that was still in training (not mentioning his name as they say he's been fired). After they left I went to open and close my garage door and realized it was much heavier then normal and that when you went to manually shut it that if you don't hold it all the way down it would go smashing to the ground. A garage door should be able to be able to be opened halfway and stay, that was not the case for mine. On tues I called the company back to let them know things weren't installed correctly and that I would like someone to come out to fix it. Wade was sent out today and he confirmed that the original springs installed were the wrong ones (showed me how this is decided) and replaced them with the correct ones. I give 5 stars to Wade for his knowledge, kindness, and in resolving the issue! He even had me confirm everything was good before departing which I appreciated. The cost for new springs was $524 for a 7x16 door. They come with a 2 yr warranty.

I highly recommend Jolly Goat. Honest and kind people who truly want to make sure your garage door needs are met. Mr. Omar Flores was very respectful, patient, and transparent. The pricing was reasonable and we were given 5 different options/ packages. His explanations of each pricing option was thorough, and made sense. Mr. Flores’ honesty is what made us go through with their service. Pictures are of before and after! We are very happy!
