Dewayne and his team did a phenomenal job at repairing my fence, replacing a damaged panel and even fixed other areas that they noticed while doing the initial repair. I couldn't be more grateful for the quality of work and the effort you and your team put in to replace and fix my vinyl fence. I will definitely reach out in the future for any fencing needs. You guys did an exceptional job.

Overall, very satisfied with the look of the fence and quality of the workmanship. They took care of us quickly, at the lowest price of all our bids, and went above and beyond on several things. Definitely would use again and definitely would recommend. Thank you, D & G, for being a company that knows how to give excellent customer service (a rarity these days, for sure!)

Working with Jimmy @ D&G was a pleasure for the most part. Jimmy was always available and if he didn’t have the answer, he was quick to reach out to his team and get back with me. His staff was great and the workmanship was quite good, very good in fact. My only issue with the work I had done was that my yard along the newly installed fence line, about 2-3 ft into the body of my yard was littered with hard clay-rock and clay concrete mixtures. I literally spent roughly 3 hours raking it up into 5 different piles. The rest I had to rake back into place as fill ins. I wasn’t too pleased with that portion. However, the overall experience was very good with reasonable costs. I would definitely recommend D&G, the product is great! Just communicate the clean up portion. I think they would make the adjustment on that.

Requested estimate from 3 different companies, 1 no show and one was due to come by today, Monday 9th. D&G gave me a quote of $884 for replacing curled panels but could not do it until Thursday Oct. 12 which would allow time for another estimate. Saturday morning at 1030am two workers for D&G showed up to do the job (no calls to inform me they were coming). Granted, I let them do it because I figured might as well get it out of the way and no telling if the other company would be a no show which happens often in home repairs. (Business Integrity not what it used to be) By 12:00 I heard them locking the gate, and realized how quick and easy this repair was and feel the $884 was an over charge. Company emailed me a receipt that just show total cost so I asked them to itemize it so I could see how much they charged me for labor. I was told that they have a minimum repair charge of $1200 so I actually got a discount. Bottom line, material was $198, trip charge $300 and labor $385. I feel that they should be transparent and clear when they come out to look at the job, so that customers know that they will be paying way more than what the job requires. They installed a chain link fence for me years ago (took two days) at a fair price and did a great job but $685 for what they did Saturday they should feel like thieves. If you are in need of minor repairs, do it yourself or ask friends/relatives if they know someone who can do it. Ask for an itemized estimate from at least 5 companies, hopefully 3 will show up.

Jimmy came out three times to measure and give me a quote because I kept changing my mind about what I wanted and where I wanted my fence. If he was as annoyed as I would have been, I couldn't tell. I went with a shaddow box style on the street and front sides, and regular instalation on the back and neighbor sides. I'm very happy with how it turned out, as well as, the above and beyond service provided. They took away the limbs that I cut to make room for them, which was not their responsibility. They also removed the remainder of a small tree I cut and stump that would have eventually caused damage to my fence, again, not their responsibility. I was extremely happy with the price as well.
