Had them do some work through our home warranty company
Edited (6/11/24) for work found weeks later by a separate contractor. Steer clear of these folks. They attempted to hide damages they caused (using plumbers putty) which in turn cost another $900. Stay away from this company. Run in your home warranty wants to use them. Nothing good can happen.
Edit to update (June 13). The company refunded the cost of the lost refrigerant. This needed to be noted.
All Comfort Specialists has been very professional and knowledgeable. John was our technician and was amazing. They are great to work with. Highly recommended for all your Heating and Air Conditioning needs. Thank you for getting us taken care of in this miserable heat.

Timeliness, courteous service, recommend to anyone in the area for their HVAC needs. Will definitely be relying on them for future maintenance & repairs.

We have American Home Shield (home warranty) they contract with many air companies. We’ve had to deal with a few over the years. Most of them who’ve came out only wanted us to buy a new AC unit, not fix the parts that are broken/covered. I asked for another company to be sent, and they sent All Comfort Specialist! They got us fixed right up, didn’t try and tell us to buy a new unit and we have freezing cold air again!! Absolutely love, and highly recommend this company and all their staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

0 out of 10 do not recommend. I had the worst experience with this company since my first visit. They initially tried to upsell me on products and when I declined they tried to write my claim off as weather aka act of God. I had to contact American Home Shield for a second opinion, in which they sent out another company that deemed it not a weather related incident so AHS sent these guys back out to my house to still not get the job done and after months and 3 more visits later they still did not fix my air. I had to pay AHS another service fee to send out another company to fix what All Comfort did not. Not only did All comfort not do their job but took my lennox touch screen thermostat and replaced it with a much cheaper model that was not correctly wired to my upstairs air unit. They also made sure they did not put on their notes that they replaced it so that they wont be responsible for it and billed AHS for services they did not provide. Buyer please be aware, you can find a much more honest and speedy service than this company, they are an absolute nightmare. I've been going back and forth with this company since August of 2023 and its May 2024.

American home shield sent out one company that did not correctly diagnose the issue with my heat and air system and AHS would not cover the issue. I asked for a second opinion and they sent out all comfort specialist they got the issue figured out and got my system up and running with nothing out of pocket! Both technicians they sent out did an awesome job and were extremely personable and highly professional!

John came and did an AMAZING job. He was fast, efficient, kind and professional. And scheduling an appointment was fast as well and the gentleman that scheduled for me was very nice. Great customer service goes a long way. Kudos to this company!

As usual, these guys take such good care of us. They have installed new heat&ac systems in 2 of our homes. We had an issue with the heater in my sons room, and they were out the next morning. Issue discovered and resolved in an hour, and heat is back on. We highly recommend All Comfort Specialist. Honest and straight forward folks.

GREAT SERVICE!!!
I woke up during the winter storm and saw that my house was 54 degrees while it was set on 76. I called at 6am and Rob answered and he was really friendly and said that he would call me when he got to the office. He followed through and called me just like he said at the time he gave and guaranteed that someone could come that day for my emergency. He also stayed in touch with me and told me that he could actually have someone come in earlier than my scheduled time. Travis P. was my technician and he was absolutely amazing. He worked really hard to solve my problem and when it was discovered that I would need a new part or new furnace, he clearly gave me my options, told me exactly how things worked and he even lit my fireplace for me so we could stay warm. I’ll be ordering a new part for my furnace and I will have it installed by this company as well. Everyone was so nice, efficient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate it and I’ll be a lifelong customer!
