Great sales staff and warehouse team. Quick to get loaded and always have inventory. Been buying from them for almost 2 years and have had nothing but honesty and great help.

Travis and Chuck at IDI OKC have provided great customer service to us when we need anything. Our purchases are not the biggest, but they treat and take care of us like we are one of their biggest customers. Look forward to doing more business with them moving forward.

I have been using IDI for a short time, but I have been very pleased with the services that I have received. If you need any help at all Travis is the one to talk to. He is very knowledgable and will make sure that you are taken care of and leave satisfied. I definitely recommend them.

Travis and the employees at IDI have always been able to get the product I need in a timely manner! Their customer service is awesome! If you need insulation I defently recommend IDI.

Travis and his guys have a great operation. I have changed my order after hours and his guys have taken care of their end with no problems. Prompt service and great delivery drivers.

Dealing with Travis & Chuck at the OKC location is always very easy and smooth. IDI in OKC is very professional. Travis is always helpful and answers my phone calls when needed no matter when I call.
