This is the first year, our HOA has used Signature, and I must say our lawns have never looked worse. I’ve tried multiple things on my own, to “green up” my grass, yet it’s not only brown, but dead. I’m not sure how they’ve treated our lawns, but after one treatment, they successfully burned up the lawns in our neighborhood. If I had any say, I would get rid of them before next year, and hire a quality lawn crew. Moreover, they have no idea how to landscape neither the flower beds, nor the shrubs.

They tell you not to water Thursday because they will be mowing Friday. They’ve never shown up on time. Come Saturday after noon and it’s weeded on a back wall only. I’ve been told my yard was going to be sprayed, they skipped my yard twice. I was told my yard would be fertilized, it was skipped. They “mowed” today by knocking the weeds down and leaving them long on the ground and didn’t mow anything. Heck my flower beds were due for a clean up last week and I had to pay another company. I don’t even know why my HOA uses these guys. Pure laziness. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and either tending to the yard or paying other companies too but I have to pay their fee still. Mind blowing.
