Great selection and the staff are so helpful! Make sure to ask about their discounts (teacher, safety, military, etc...) They are awesome about giving advice and helping you select appropriate items.

I went in and the plants are breath taking The young female at the register was super nice however I went back to the front to purchase what I originally came in for and asked a older looking lady with tons of black eyeliner, if she worked there, she just stared at me with a half smile I’m assuming waiting for my question, without answering mine. she had a green shirt on but I couldn’t see the front of it and I had never been in any of these stores before so, I didn’t know the uniforms. I said never mind and started walking away and that’s when she bothered to ask if she could help but I just said no thanks and left. I feel like that could’ve been handled a lot better. Everything else was great though.

selection was great, I went to find a march to a tree I bought at Marcums (they had one of two I needed). although they did have it they wanted 600 for something I just paid 350 for at another nursery. Long story short I didn't think the same tree was worth almost double. but they did have it

Cashiers are super nice. They actually bring up their ratings in my opinion otherwise it would’ve been lower.(I also give a star for my part in this.) I called in five or six times as I am driving from over an hour away(although at that point, I was only a little over a half an hour away) The first time they transferred me back, the people picked up the phone and started dialing not knowing I was on the other line. As soon as I said hello they hung up, called in for more times for them to ignore the call over the next 20 minutes Finally got a hold of a manager, after asking and (you have to wait through a very long speech unless you finally realized that you can push 2 earlier in the speech, and it will transfer you to a cashier) he verified they did have the plant in stock Super excited and went in there to purchase. Was much cheaper elsewhere, but was going to use for tea so I wanted to be super sure I was getting the correct cultivar. (Bignonia capreolata or crossvine in case you’re wondering. It’s used for many things including energy.) Brought it home, and my puppy tore it up. Super aggravated at the puppy, but even more so aggravated when I realized that they had just pulled this plant out of a three or 4 inch pot where it was, root bound, and put it in a gallon pot and charged me extra for the privilege No grow out just a five dollar plant ( or less) in a $20 pot If there had been any grow out and healthy roots, my plant would have survived my idiot dog and this would be a five star for having good plants they could put up with stupid animals and their peeps that leave plant unattended for a lunch break before putting up cage for said plants

My recent visit left much to be desired. Firstly, their prices are exorbitant, making it feel more like a luxury boutique than a garden center. Additionally, I was charged a higher amount than what was advertised, which was incredibly frustrating and deceptive. The customer service was abysmal, with staff showing little concern for my grievances. Overall, I would not recommend TLC Garden Center due to their overpricing, false advertising, and poor service.

I've purchased several plants from here and they've all been healthy and happy. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I live quite a bit away but this place is worth the drive.

Never in a million years… Did I think I’d post a review about TLC…much less an extremely negative one. So here’s the situation …after receiving my horticultural degree from OSU-OKC we learned the difference between plants purchased from a reliable nursery and the big box stores. Buy from TLC they said instead of those baking on hot asphalt at HD and Lowe’s. Makes sense right? So I did…in fact my sales guy at TLC was a retired former OKC nurseryman that sold his business to lighten his daily load. I enjoyed his knowledge and felt like I was in great hands as I purchased boxwoods plants on his assurance that they’d be a hardy choice for our temperamental Oklahoma weather. Bought plants, BTE soil supplement and mulch from the “pros” at TLC. A year later the plants were suffering. Went back to see my guy—“we had a weird winter .... buy this fertilizer, they’ll bounce back”…they did not. Approached the same guy a couple of days ago …told him ALL five plants died…all 5…he laid more BS on my about hard winters-hot summers etc. y’all, I’d understand if one or two plants died but all five? All my “guy” offered was -go talk to the manager. I waited and waited for him to return from lunch but the dude never showed. COME ON TLC, customer service used to be your strong point…what happened?

I purchased a Magnolia Tree, a Redbud and 8 Green Giant Arborvitae’s. They are beautiful plants. The selection at TLC is great and the salesman (especially the man that helped us who was from Wales I believe) was so helpful. The plants we purchased all added up, with planting fees to around $1200-1500. Two of our Arborvitaes did not make it so I called TLC to get replacements. They had me text someone and send pics, which I did, but that’s where the great service ended. It’s been 3 weeks since I first contacted them and they simply stopped replying. I was very respectful each interaction so I’m not sure where the disconnect is. TLC said the items would be under warranty if I paid 40% of the cost of items to have TLC plant the items, which is what I did. I’m very disappointed in the service and will not be returning. I only write this to help others make a informed decision. If you decide to shop here, you’ll love the service of the salespeople, the cashiers, the selection of items but I would not pay to have TLC plant your items. I will say, my redbud is awesome and looks great right now!
