Tristian, Tim, Gary and Brandon did an excellent job on my move. No hidden fees and cost was significantly lower than any other quote received. The manager who I setup the move with even stopped by during the move to check up on everything. Would recommend to anyone

I wound pay very close attention to everything they do. They take their time and pack poorly. They packed my U-Haul and things were just thrown in. Things stacked that shouldn’t have been, and the result was damage. I put in a call and was told to send pictures. Heard nothing back. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

On Call was awesome. We hired them to move out of our old house and into our new house. They arrived on time with 2 trucks and worked efficiently and carefully. None of our stuff was damaged. The crew was friendly and hard working. I would definitely call on them again. Only one thing to be aware of is they do charge a large credit card transaction fee which ended up being over $300. Had I known I would have paid in different way. Still, everything else went smooth.

Great company! They arrived on time, wrapped and packed all of my furniture to prevent damage. Reasonably priced. They made moving so much easier! Definitely would hire again for a future move!

We had a great experience with all three of our movers, their attitude and direction was wonderful. This will always be our recommended go to company. They have moved us 2times and both times we had great help which also gave us a peace of mind.

These guys are so amazing, they have moved myself twice and my daughter and her boyfriend total three times. They’re fast, efficient! Very caring and delightful individuals. And their boss, Nathan, so amazing and very helpful. His team raves about how a great boss he is.

Giving two stars because MOST of my stuff made it from okc to Odessa. Thursday was scheduled for packers to come and pack the entire house. Friday the loaders would come and load the truck and drive to Odessa. Saturday truck would be unloaded. Thursday started off fine. The guys showed up and packed for a few hours. I would say the house was 70% done. They had the master bedroom, master bath, laundry room, kids bathroom, garage, and a few things in the other bedrooms left. They don't want to get more boxes so they leave around noon saying they guys tomorrow will finish packing. Friday the second set of guys show up unaware they would have to finish packing. They finish packing and were almost done loading the truck. I had to leave before them because I can't drive after dark and they were behind schedule due to having to pack. I do a final walk through and point out all of the things that still need to be packed and loaded. If I didn't have to make the 7 hour drive before it got dark I wouldn't have left, but they assured me they had everything under control. Saturday they unload. And here is where things really go south. They left a ton of stuff including the entire kids bathroom, a $200 sewing table, and all of my cooking utensils in oklahoma. Keep in mind I have moved 7 hours away. I can't just go back and get it. They did assemble my furniture but it was all over and not staged. After they left and we started moving it around ourselves we discovered the center of my loveseat is missing. I contact on call and they assure me they know they unloaded it. It has been two weeks and we are unpacked and it still hasn't appeared. One of the guys told my 14 year old not to unwrap the dresser for a few days or it would fall apart. It was broken and not unwrapping it wasn't going to fix that or make it less broke? My sons desk they took some of the bars off and taped them down. They did not put them or the built in shelf back on his desk (though they did set it in place) so we have no idea where the hardware is. I am missing the most random things that don't make any sense to me. My bedroom desk box had absolutly everything from my desk with a little room to spare, but not my docking station. All the plugs, mouse, keyboard, everything in the box but a small square box. I can't imagine where else it would have been put. I have my roomba and the mat it sits on, but not my charging base which makes my $500 vacuum useless. They talked me into getting three wardrobe boxes so they could just hand my clothes and not have to take them off hangers and put them back later. Two of them had 10 to 15 items each hanging and other things shoved around it getting my clothes dirty and wrinkled. The third wardrobe box they threw all of my kitchen appliances in. The rest of my hanging clothes? Packed in a regular box. I am missing a power cord to one of my tvs and we have checked every single box. I don't understand why it wasn't in the tv box with the TV and the remote. One last packing note, half of the boxes were well labeled. The second half didn't even have a room on them. In the kitchen everything was wrapped with packing paper. I mean single plastic cups from kum and go were wrapped. At first I thought cool they really wanted to protect my stuff. But then other boxes they just threw actual breakable things into with no protection. I am including pictures of my missing couch pieces, everything they left behind, and the wardrobe box full of appliances and how the clothes they were supposed to pack in then were packed. I did contact the company and they offered to refund the wardrobe boxes (not sure if they have or not). They did ask the movers about the couch, and they swear they unloaded it here. But when I asked how to file a claim I got no response. Since the deadline for that is in two days, I am probably just out of luck for what I would estimate to be around $2000 or more of missing/broken/partially missing stuff.
