I really hate to do this to you Jorge, but you have left me no choice. I do not want this to happen to someone else.
I hired Jorge to paint a couple of different areas in my house. The crew that sprayed my garage was great and I'm pleased. However, around 01Apr, Jorge sent one man to paint my master bedroom and bath. [I won't go into the whole debacle of never showing up when scheduled. That a two day job turned into four!] Spraying trim, baseboards, and crown molding; then painting bdrm/bath. At first, it looked great! But hours after he left, I started noticing the "sprayed" trim paint (different type than brush) starting to flake and peel. Not to mention all the brush paint on my white trim, doors, mirrors, you name it! [yes, it will come off, but not the point.] So, I told Jorge on 5Apr this was not right --he said he would fix it. [Oh, did I mention the kid that painted, forgot spots to paint in the master bath.] Since then, he has not answered a phone call, but told me on 17Apr, he was in Edmond and would stop by. 30APR, still busy. Nothing since then. I think the "cool down" period has come and gone. In fact, I was never mad --I trusted him to fix it.
I'm way more disappointed in Jorge for not even stopping by to look at it, to take responsibility, or even offer to make work something out. Yes, things happen, but it's your business and you should be concerned about what happened.
If there's a lesson learned, I would have waited a day to pay him in cash.
Jorge, I'm still willing to listen and want to make this correct so I can leave FIVE STARS. Call me or come by please.
We called at the beginning of January, the first visit went well and they gave us a quote. The day of appointment completely ghosted us, I had to call on a different number but once they saw it was me hanged up. Completely unprofessional, would not recommend

All jobs were high-quality and I have been totally satisfied with all of them. Especially the work they recently did on my dining room. Peeled off years of wallpaper and peeling paint and made it look totally new. Very good attention to detail. Very happy with everything they have done to my home. Will be using again very soon.

They arrived promptly each morning, the crew is professional, friendly & trustworthy. Jorge even fixed some soft spots on the ceiling drywall without charging me. Me and my wife couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Don't waste time and money with a big corporate painters, give Jorge a call!!

Jorge’s team did a great job. We had our walls, ceilings, and trim painted. As well as dry wall repairs. They were on time everyday and worked quickly. Highly recommend!

We had multiple rooms in our house repainted. Jorge was very responsive and beat the prices of multiple other painters. He worked around our schedules and finished the job quickly. I highly recommend J&J painting to anyone looking to have painting done.

Great work! After I bought my house I knew I needed a paint job done since I wasn’t a fan of the color “natural” color. Hired J&J Painting and they did a great job of painting and within the time frame prescribed from the outset. Will hire the company again for any future painting needs!

Jorge was great with helping me decide the best colors as well as the best layout for what I wanted. He laid out a few options and was able to customize exactly what I wanted. Professional, friendly and a job well done! I will be utilizing J&J Painting again in the future!

The people that paint in J&J Painting do quality work in a very timely fashion. They were quick to respond and finished their work ahead of schedule!! No complaints, definitely would recommend to any home or business looking for a professional service and a fresh new look!
