This review is intended to rate the service we received on our initial encounter with Patio Enclosures. We contacted this company to obtain a free estimate for construction and installation of a screened in porch. Our assigned representative, Jeremy, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He shared information and answered all of our questions. He provided us with samples of the materials used in construction and also showed us some photos of completed projects. We were pleased with our interaction with Jeremy and the way he represented his company.

Yikes what a mistake I made trusting this company or at least this branch! Months after install and I still can’t get a hold of a single person to call, text, or email me back! I paid $10k to get an unfinished porch and no communication! One door arrived broken out of 4- the kicker is that I only ordered 2 doors & that’s being blamed on my salesmen for ordering incorrectly. Regardless it still hasn’t been replaced. The other screens are dented and visibly so. That same salesmen, Matthew marquis, opened 2 greensky loans in my name for $10k when I only authorized ONE. He did it right in front of me and I was charged a couple thousand to each account before I caught it! The handles are chipped since day one, now they are almost all the way white. The installer tried to shorten my porch 8-9 inches because he didn’t want to cut into my roof which was part of the estimate, but he didn’t want to change the price either. Convenient for just him. Huge bugs get in and we can’t figure out how. It’s not just 3-4 it’s like 15-30 per night and I have video proof. It’s probably from the doors and loose screens I didn’t order. The salesman tried to tell my husband it was a screen so tough a grown man could run through it… not likely. It’s a regular screen folks. I waited since mid October to make this review because I was hoping SOMEONE would just call me back and give me a date this would be fixed. I’m patient and I didn’t mind waiting, but this is just unprofessional. The porch looks fine at a glance. But it’s the dysfunctional 4 doors that let bugs in and cancel each other out, poor paint and materials, and zero communication from the company made this a big L for me.

Our sales rep Sandi was awesome and very helpful. Our contractor Lawson was just as great. His workmanship is outstanding. the project looks as though we did the room when the house built seven years ago, blends in perfectly. Very pleased with project and the value. Highly recommend them.

Sales person Jake was very knowledgeable. Talked to Angie to get things rolling. Very friendly. Only down side was communication was lacking for installation day and where our product was. But I would use this company again and highly recommend.
