Ryan provided a courtesy preventative maintenance inspection, which I identified a deteriorating shutoff valve seal. Identifying this kind of problem early saved hundreds in future maintenance labor work for our wooden sink cabinetry. He also provided a new shutoff valve where one was not previously installed with a whole-home humidifier system. Thanks for your diligent inspection work and fast maintenance within the hour!
Ryan the technician spent a lot of time explaining the various issues that he found with my Plumbing that might need work. And even though he came about an hour away , 45 minutes away, he was willing to come back after I found that I was having issues with my washer not draining .It turned out that was not necessary but he did way above and beyond what most people would do or offered to do. I appreciate his detail in explaining to me how to take care of various issues along with approximate prices and options.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out to do a safety inspection of the parts of our house with plumbing after we had a lot of electrical work done. We had a toilet that was more like a teeter totter in one bathroom that I wanted them to look at as well. Ryan found a leak in a shower as well. He fixed the toilet and changed out a part in the shower. Ryan was very nice and explained everything well. My kids will be so happy that they can now use the toilet without rocking back and forth. ? Highly recommended.

Had scheduled for a inspection to ensure the quality of our water lines and system. Ryan and his assistant Tim were friendly, very knowledgeable and went over many options for us to be able to get our lines and system improved. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs. The prices are affordable and offer a maintenance package for our hot water heater to stay in good shape.
