Kirby remodeled my old pool. He did a great job, exceeding my expectations. He corrected a serious design flaw on the “hot tub” installed on a prior remodel 15 years ago.
Kirby installed state of the art equipment that I can control on my mobile phone. He completed the work in the contracted time and was ALWAYS there when scheduled..
Kirby has continued to check in with me on a regular basis and answers my questions anytime I call him. I highly recommend Sweetwater Pools.
You cannot find a better local pool business! Kirby walked me through the process and was there for me every time I had questions. If you need pool work Kirby is the only choice!

Their customer service is amazing! They contacted me personally a few days after my purchase to thank me, to see if I needed anything else, and to wish me a merry Christmas! We will always choose Sweet Water, over any other company.

My pool was installed by a different company before I purchased the home. When that company had no advice for me regarding my current situation I turned to one of the best in buisness. I've seen the quality of work performed by Kirby and Sweetwater Pools in person and have always admired it. I called Kirby to ask his professional opinion of my pool's current situation He was very friendly and offered his professional opinion / advice over the phone which gave us options to check that we hadn't thought of. Quality customer service that is truly appreciated!

Sweetwater pools did an excellent job building our first pool. Kirby was helpful throughout the process, answering questions and following up after completion. Kirby obviously takes pride in the work of Sweetwater Pools and it shows both in quality construction as well as knowledgeable service. Additionally, it meant a lot to my family to be working directly with the builder from start to finish rather than with a salesman.
