Just had my roof replaced today! And a big shout out to Jesse Bacon and Orvin Cifuentes and the crew for the service and quality and speed for a job well done. I would recommend them to anyone that has roofing needs!!
I’ve been needing gutters on 3 of our properties, Josh Made it happen.
They were able to drive three hours away and complete all three different locations in a timely manner. The work is and color matching is spot on!
Would recommend 10 out of 10 to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Chris Green and A Step Above Roofing. From the initial inspection to the final visit, Chris was with us every step of the way. He thoroughly explained the process and made sure that we were happy with the results at end of each phase of our project which included soffit repairs, exterior house painting, roof replacement, gutters and all new windows. Orvin was also great at keeping us informed and updated. I strongly recommend A Step Above Roofing and would definitely use them again.

A Step above not only completed the six roofs at Chula Vista but also 14, buildings at Villa Verde in just a few weeks. Very courteous workers, cleaned up behind themselves. Will use again in future.

Jessie is awesome. This company is great to work with. Jessie was a great advocate and liaison. Jessie talked to the insurance company for me and I did not have to deal with them hardly at all. My roof looks great.

The task of finding an excellent roofing company can be daunting. I am thankful that several sources recommended A Step Above Roofing. We worked with Mike Milligan for the estimate and insurance navigation; he was not only professional, but his in-depth explanation of the process and his quick responses when we had questions were the backbone of our positive experience. His knowledge and expertise are evident, which is true in terms of technical and customer service practices. The crew working on our house was also professional, respected our property, and worked around our need to come and go with ease. We were quite impressed that not a single nail nor a shred of roofing material was left behind. Our property was clear of any evidence that they had been there besides shinier gutters and crisp shingles!

A Step Above Roofing went above and beyond for me! They offered me a free roof inspection with details AND PHOTOS of all damage found! Katelyn was very detailed and charismatic! We're very impressed with A Step Above Roofing and hoping to use them for all of our Roofing projects and repairs!

We had our roof replaced due to hail damage. We were struggling with the insurance company but Jesse Bacon stepped up and got the ball rolling, our roof and front gutters were replaced AND our decking was upgraded, all covered by the insurance company minus our deductible. All the work was done in a day and it's good quality work. Jesse came to check on the crew and then after work was complete to make sure it was a job well done. We couldn't be happier.

Before and after pics below. Michael and his crew did a fantastic job in my roof. There was no mess left either. Very easy to work with, returns calls or texts quickly and really helped with my insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing.
