Safe haven in OKC which is the dealer for ADT is an absolute scam. Buyer beware. They showed up on my driveway as I was moving in. Lord knows how they even found that out. They probably troll Zillow to look for recent home sales and run out to that location. They showed up on my driveway and high pressure sold me on a 3 year contract. I mean the salesman was extremely persistent until I agreed to sign up. After several months it stopped working part of the time. After a while I just quit paying the bill. They had a judgement filed against me and are now garnishing my bi-weekly paycheck of which I make my house payment and feed my kids out of. Things are expensive now days. Anyways they make sure and get their money absolutely no matter what and they don’t care about you whatsoever. So we are scraping by so this company can get their money until the contract is payed. Way to look out for yourselves safe haven!!!! Terrible terrible company!!!!!something tells me that they do this to a lot of people. Sign you up and once that contract is on paper they can care less about if it works or not. They will just take that contract to court and get that money no matter what. That’s like strong arming you into paying and they give you extremely poor customer service. Forced sales!!!

Horrible customer service. Have been with them for over a decade with no issue. Recently moved, and they over charged me. No one will help make it right. Rude supervisor of billing. Finding another company!

My system stopped working on the second day. I called ADT to have it canceled, I canceled it through them. But “Safe Haven” didn’t have that on record. This is a scam it doesn’t even work.

Complete scam. Once you get past your 6 month satisfaction guarantee, do not plan on your system working anymore. It will spend more time broke than working. Also READ the fine print. We were told it was a 1 year contract. After the year we tried to cancel and found out it was a 3 year contract. Even though the system doesn't work they still require you to pay full price and will not let you cancel due to them not holding up their part of the deal.

CROOKS!! Want to sue ADT with me for non fulfillment of contract? I am going to court and we can sue them in a blanket suit. As soon as system stopped working they wouldn't help me...hours on phone wasted. Hanging up on me after 30 minute hold times before I can say a word!! They DO NOT CARE!!!! They insist on billing me because I signed a contract, even though system doesn't work!
