An exceptional company, with great people working for them. I first met Chris, he talked about their solar system and how it works. He answered all of my questions and concerns. My main concern was that I needed a new roof, but I couldn't find a roofing company that would finance it 100%. Anova did and added it in. Larrynz took over, and he was great! If I had any questions, he always return my calls. The install crew did an excellent job and picked up all their trash, and I'm enjoying the benefits of going solar. Thanks guys!
Beware this company preys on the elderly! They convinced my elderly father to install solar panels by making him think they were the utility company. He had stage 4 COPD and could barely move around his house when the salesman showed up. Anova’s salesman got him to sign a contract for $30k+ in solar panels to put on a house that may be worth $40k at the most and a 25 year note to a person in very poor health. After learning of what happened, I appealed to the finance company and after some back and forth they agreed that the sale was fraud. During this back and forth my dad passed away. He had to live with the guilt of getting scammed for his final few months. After the bank canceled the loan, Anova came to collect their equipment and did a horrible job of removing the panels leaving destroyed shingles and the feet still attached to the roof. They refuse to do anything else to fix their fraud and have showed no remorse to me or my family. Avoid at all cost!

Great company with exceptional customer service! Many companies knocked on the door and made solar offers, but Jeff and Anova won our business and we couldn’t be happier. Jeff was very patient and walked us through all of the options for purchasing a solar system, on top of that he was available for resolving concerns I had from beginning to end. The team at Anova worked to size our system so that it could produce all of our energy needs with some to spare. Installation was quick and efficient, and their electricians worked with city inspectors to get our permission to operate approved. We knew solar would be a good fit for us and I’m happy we partnered with Anova to get it done.

They took care of all of the required permitting. We had some trouble with the contract, and I had to fill it out multiple times. My email would not work, but things came around. Installation went well. One panel was damaged during transportation and the electricians came back 2 weeks later to install. The app used to monitor the system crashed 3-4 times in the first couple of months but I've had no other issued since September, 2023. Keep the phone number you were given on the first visit. That's the best way to get help. The system works well and I actually have a credit on my electric bill for last month. Once all the bugs were worked out, I've been very happy. I have recommended solar to anyone who has asked about it.

Colton Smith and his install crew from OKC did my install this past week. They did an amazing job and were very respectful of my property. The install was done in one day. Colton has been available for text and phone calls even after the install. These guys are top notch. Anova is a great company to do business with.
