Editing my review 2/22/24:
I had originally provided 1 star and then changed my review after getting my referral bonuses. After much thought of the situation it should have remained a 1 star review as a precaution to others. The potential fire hazard and improper installation has made me lose piece of mind. My panels are not producing as they once had and my electric bill has slowly been increasing. One could blame the weather or inflation, but when viewing my panels on the app there is a consistent lack of production on 4 of 10 panels. Based on reviews since my original posting this will probably be a lost cause. I wish I would have found a more reputable company instead of going with my first company that came to my door. Lesson learned.
Original review:
I have been having issues with PAIC since I signed my contract. I have reached out numerous times to connect with customer service with no success. I continuously had to follow-up with Enphase and the lending company to get any response or assistance from PAIC to service my system as it was installed incorrectly. I was even able to provide PAIC with reports that Enphase was able to pull to also back this claim. I was fortunate that my system did not arch which would have completely voided my warranty. Needless less to say, I am still trying to get ahold of someone to provide feedback.
Lastly, PJ Bachman took on an issue related to one of my referral bonuses that was not his issue to fix or assist with but after several attempts with the proper channels; he got me paid.
The only reason I am giving this review 5 stars is because of PJ. Outside of his assistance I would warn others to proceed with caution. Do your research!
I got panels installed from them through a selling company a few years ago. I have never not had an electric bill. My bill basically doubled, electric bill and panel payment. They are now calling and stating they know that my house was undersold on panels and they want to fix the problem due to the seller being shady. For them to fix the problem I would have to buy even more panels from them. I have 13 panels. They produce maybe 200kw a month. My house uses 550ish kw a month. He said one more panel would fix all my problems, and i would over produce to create a profit. I asked how 1 panel can produce 400kw a month when 13 can't. He told me he was going to look and see if there was a different way to fix my problem without putting me more in debt. There won't be. it sounds like it was set up exactly how it was supposed to be. Under sell the house and then call later to sell more. If they wanted to actually fix the problem, they would. Instead of dumping it on the consumer.

Took them months to finish the install and inspections and get the power turned on past when they said it would be done. Then the solar panels only produce 1/3 of the energy they are supposed to. So I am left with a $135 solar panel bill and 2/3 of my electric bill every month. When I pointed this out to the installers I only received a generic, "give it a few months and the levels will balance out", I contacted them and the AVVIO sales rep about it multiple times and kept getting the same response. It's been 10 months now and the 1/3 amount hasn't changed through summer or winter. Now when I contact their outsourced support line they tell me they did their job of installing the equipment and they're not liable for making sure it was working in the first place. The contract I signed states there is a 10 yr warranty on their workmanship and a 25 yr warranty on the equipment. The sales rep promised me several times that if anything goes wrong with the solar panels I can just call them up and they will take care of it and that the panels I was getting would be more than enough. Lies. This company relies on people too unfamiliar with taking legal action against them to run their shady business.

Couldn't be happier!! Daniel Phillips and Evan are the best, and are top notch professionals! Definitely not high-powered salesmen that sweep into the neighborhood to try and sell you something and never to be heard from again. They are the ones who took me to the edge and realized that migrating to solar is freedom from the local utility company. Anyone looking to make the conversion - now is the time. From start to finish they were there to answer my questions, explain things I didn't understand. Each step of the way full time communication, from the design, permitting, scheduling, installation, and follow-up! That's what they do.
The installation crews did an excellent job! I wish I could remember their names because I would name them personally. They showed up on time, installed, cleaned up when finished and then reviewed with me when they were done.
I doubt that anyone can match that professionalism. Totally impressed! Now that I have run two months’ worth of solar energy usage, I'm even happier. It appears not a moment too soon as well. OG&E is trying to increase electricity rates to 9.9% - so customers can continue to be held hostage by the local utilities or look at another option.
Now is the time to change. Not sure if it is right for you call Daniel or Evan. They are not Salesmen they are Sales-Friends. They are looking out for us as consumers. Yes, this is a business but seriously I've never had anyone stand with me and guide me through the process like these two.
I'm a proud owner of 29 solar panels on my house, to be honest they blend in quite nicely. My advice don’t be a fence-sitter, you've got nothing to lose, and it only takes a phone call.

Ricky and his crew did an amazing job, answered all my questions and helped me build the system I wished to build and modify my current existing system to meet my desired outcome. great experience all around. he and his team installed everything and after they left you'd have never known they were there except for the now solar covered roof. he was quick to reply to any concerns or questions I had about the system and app. Overall couldn't have asked for a better experience.
