I can’t say enough good things about this business. From the moment we walked in, Callie greeted us and went above and beyond to help us get what we need. We were looking for “off“ sized Doors and had been told by everyone else that these would have to be special ordered and not to expect anything before 12 to 16 weeks. Callie and her team took the time to figure out exactly what we needed and make it happen. Within 30 minutes, several people were helping us figure out how to get this done on our timeline. They were able to modify some existing doors into exactly what we needed. We were told they would be ready within five business days, but we’re pleasantly surprised to get the call after 2 business days that our doors were ready. They were amazing quality and beautifully done. This kind of customer service is rare and Agnew door and window will be definitely our first stop for any future remodeling projects.
We had new windows installed in my girlfriends house and it was done in one day. They came on time and removed the windows one at a time. There was no mess inside or out. the windows look awesome after install and works great.

I recently had an experience with Agnew Door and Window, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. I had placed an order for a set of doors with the expectation that they would be ready within a two-week timeframe. To ensure accurate measurements, I even provided them with the original doors. However, the entire process turned out to be quite disappointing.
Initially, I reached out to inquire about the progress of my order on day 9, as I was told they would be ready by then. To my surprise, no communication was initiated from their end. When I finally called, I was informed that the completion would be pushed to the following Monday. This delay was rather frustrating. As promised, I followed up on Monday, only to be given yet another rescheduled date – this time for Wednesday.
Upon collecting my order, it was disheartening to discover that they had only prepared 11 doors instead of the 12 I had originally requested and been charged for. Even when confronted with the discrepancy, their attempt to convince me that I had ordered only 11 was both perplexing and disappointing. This necessitated placing a new order for the missing door, further elongating the process.
When I proceeded to install the doors, a staggering six of them were wrongly sized, despite the fact that I had given them the original doors to ensure accuracy. This prompted me to return the misfit doors, leading to another two-week wait for a corrected order. Astonishingly, even the doors they delivered on the second attempt were incorrect in size.
Perhaps the most baffling part of this ordeal was that, out of the 12 doors I ordered, a significant six required modifications to their mortices just to fit properly. Seeking resolution, I contacted them to discuss a refund for the adjustments needed. Regrettably, the response was rather elusive; I was assured that someone would reach out to me, but that never transpired.
In conclusion, while Agnew Door and Window might be satisfactory for standard, non-custom orders, my experience with them was less than satisfactory for custom orders. If you are seeking customized doors, it might be prudent to either acquire a blank door and handle the modifications yourself or explore other reputable shops in the city that can better meet your needs.

Refuse to honor their own work.
Door hinge they installed lasted 3 weeks, fell apart after normal use, and they charged us AGAIN to fix it.
The woman on the phone was very nice and super helpful but the gentleman I spoke with was quite aggressive and unwilling to listen. He immediately blamed us with no possible thought that his product or installation was possibly just faulty.
Don’t recommend.
Reply to business: Yes we would very much appreciate you honoring your appointment commitment that we have already agreed to pay for. Especially since that was the only scenario we were given to get you to agree to fix the work in the first place.
If a warranty was voided by the removal of the product then meeting half way would have made for a different discussion. It was not mentioned by any of the 3 employees we spoke with multiple times today.
There is video footage of every time the door was opened until the moment the hydraulics stopped working, and then again when the arm came apart.
We did remove the piece after it broke off simply in order to ensure the safety of our guests as they entered.
The shop is closed on weekends when the issue took place and we had to take precautionary measures was all.
We truly wish you could have simply evaluated your product and installation before becoming irritable and unwilling to listen to our issue.

If I could give them No stars, that's what this business deserves.
I waited all day for them to show on the install date and they never showed. No call, nothing. Then Rusty and co. gave me the run around and slow played responding back to me. I was rightfully upset, but these guys didn't think I had a right to be upset and saw a wasted Saturday waiting wasn't a big deal and never even apologized for their wrong doing. There are too many competitors out there to choose from and would warn you, STAY AWAY FROM Agnew Door.

Great experience start to finish here. Got 5 interior doors installed with them, really great prices. Doors got in and installed quickly and the installer took the time to make sure each was done 100% right. I will definitely be recommending them!!

Used Agnew for a new front door and french closet doors. Everyone was great and followed through with timelines and promises. A spotlight on our door wasn't right and they made it right for us. We are using them again for interior doors and another exterior door. Highly recommend.

The bottom line is top quality Great price & excellent service. They have now done 2 houses for me. They beat their competition with the same or better quality windows by Many hundreds of dollars. They were always on time for every appointment when measuring, bidding & installing.

I wouldn't normally write a review for something like this, but I felt it necessary on this occasion. It's often hard to find reliable and competent service in the construction/home renovation industry. I found Agnew Door & Window Company via a Google search. They came out the same day and measured my door frame for a replacement door I had recently purchased. After taking measurements, Keith went back to the office and emailed me an estimate within the hour. The following Monday I received a call back to schedule the installation. Brandon, my installer, did an excellent job! He went above and beyond what I expected in order to get my door installed properly. From start to finish the guys at Agnew D&W were complete professionals. They did excellent work, at an affordable price, and they did it with a friendly welcoming attitude. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you for the great service!
