Very pleased with the windows and installation. Rated a 4 star instead of 5 star, because the delivery took longer than originally estimated. Delivery delays were expected, but it ran beyond the initial delivery date. We reached out to sales and the office to get updates. Not much response, except our order was still pending. When the manufacturer finally completed the order, we started getting regular communication. The installation guys were awesome and professional. They worked hard and installated the windows beyond our expectations.

I set up an estimate and told the person who set the appointment and senior sales manager C. live exactly what product I wanted and let them know I had just done an install of the same type of windows at my 8000 square foot business. Based on this ad on FB for free included installation I let them know I wanted their estimate for the Provia Windows/ installation. The senior sales rep, talked over me, said you need to do your research, was basically quite ‘passive aggressive’ in trying to sell this for 1200 more per window installed. He insinuated I was a liar so I showed him my specialty arc windows presidential Provia receipt for the business and he turned it into bashing the other companies price vs. workmanship vs. product. I confirmed it was the Provia he was discussing and as he tried to excuse again for the blatant overcharging. During this quick meeting he was also trying to sell me into any other type window, although this is their main vinyl product!! I told him again I choose vinyl windows, again he presents the NO! I said thank you for your time and walked him to the door. Top worst experiences. No one followed up on my sales meeting, I wonder why?

I think they did a good job of replacing my sliding doors. But I think they should have also resolved the transition from my laminate flooring to door. With the gap between the door and flooring it doesn’t seem like a finished project.

Wayne was where he said he would be when he said he would be there and even more was his communication. His guys did excellent craftmanship and were extremely timely, professional and clean. His prices were in line with the other guys and I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing work done!

My project was done in 2018, I believe. I know there was alot going on in the OKC office at that time, but that was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. First, I paid in full in March. Dumb, I know! Didn't hear anything from anyone for 3 months. Finally, contacted the corporate office to find out money had been mismanaged and multiple projects were behind. Whoever was sent to OKC was rude and kept lying to me. Then acted like he was doing me a favor, by still planning to complete my job. Even though they had already been paid. They finally started my project in the beginning of December. There are a few places that doesn't look like it should and to this day, we are still finding nails in our yard. If things are better now, awesome, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. **Edit - I had this at a 1 star review but I received a call from Dane Thomas, trying to resolve the issues I had. I appreciate anyone, who is willing to help, years after the fact. He is working hard to bring this company back into good standing, and based off the reviews for the past year or so, it seems they are doing just that.

I absolutely LOVE my new windows and front door! They have changed the exterior and curb appeal to the utmost! The picture window for the great room also help eliminate the NOISY traffic from the thoroughfare, and it is peaceful there now.
