Bought doors from here only to have the wrong doors built. Once they made it right and we installed them, the seals were damaged and leaking around the window frames. I contacted them on 2 different occasions and was told it would be over 6 weeks before they could get them fixed. Then surprise surprise nobody ever called or showed up to fix them. They were rude over the phone when I gave them my opinion about how long it would take for them to come fix them, only to never have nobody show up later.
I have been using CBS for years and have purchased a wide range of products from entry level windows to high-end wood windows and custom sliding doors. Their customer service is very good and they have been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

I recently went in to buy a door insert that was broken by high winds in the April storms and I dealt with Shawn, he was very pleasant and very informative, he then went out of his way to help me out even more.
I am about to replace 14 windows and will definitely reach out to him prior to anyone else as he was very customer focused and friendly.

Never had a salesman want to argue with me over the color and material of a window they've never seen. Worst first experience trying a new supplier that I've ever had. Will never return. Perhaps try listening to your customer, rather than demand they listen to you. Interesting sales strategy from your team there.

We have gone through two years of add on construction.
The best contractors were CBS and their installation of Marvin doors and windows.
The quality of the product, the expert insulation and their cordial work crews exceeded our expectations.

I used Consolidated Builders Supply to install windows in my rental home. From start to finish, Dan was a reliable contact. He provided a fair estimate and followed up when necessary. He even went out to inspect the job after completion. The crew that did the work did an excellent job. Would definitely use them again.

Update: CBS has credited me the install fee for the one window, which is all I wanted. I now have no issue with them or with Travis. I consider the issue resolved.
I had three windows put in my house. I paid their installers $150 per window for professional installation. They did not insulate or foam around any of the windows, which struck me as odd but I was willing to overlook as the new windows themselves would be a vast improvement over the old ones. The installers did mess up pretty badly on one of the windows. Broke my drywall in two places and tried to fill the quarter-sized hole with caulking. The same window was loose in the frame, as in one corner was not secure. I was able to catch the installers before they left and they managed to secure it.
I asked Travis Baker, who was the salesman everyone recommended, to waive the install fee on the one window because it was unsatisfactory in more ways than one. He responded that I would pay that charge in full or he'd put a lien on my house, threatened to tell my aunt/realtor (who recommends alot of business to him) "what kind of person her nephew is", and then hung up on me. This is unfortunate because he's aware I have more windows to replace. They have lost my business due to terrible customer service. Look elsewhere
