4 years ago, Rick’s installed Sheetrock throughout our new 3,400sq ft home. They give a 1 year warranty on their work. Numerous places in the ceiling area have started to show lines in the taped areas where the Sheetrock comes together. One area looks as tho it is falling with cracks.
After personally visiting the office and speaking with the office manager, they sent out two men who looked over the various locations where the cracks appeared. The understanding was Rick’s would give us a quote on repairing the sheetrock. That was over 5 weeks ago with no more communication from Rick’s.
We understand this is not covered by a warranty but we were seeking an estimate for repairing these areas. No quote, no phone call, no communication from this top rated company. They sited the house probably settled was their main reply to these cracks. Sorry but too many cracks in too many different areas for settling. Stand behind your workmanship! Too many subcontractors don’t stand behind their product!

Rick and his team at Drywall Systems did a great job with our church remodel project. They were easy to work with, got the job done quickly, and the end result looks great. Thanks guys!
