The customer service women, Kendall, was very helpful and got me scheduled me quickly. My service guy, Matthew, arrived right on time, was polite and listened to me recapping what was wrong. He quickly went to work found the issue, got the part and fixed the issue. Price was about what I thought would be. If the need were to arise would use Mr. Appliance again.

Would not recommend. Was charged over $700 to replace a few parts on a 9-year old range. Currently, a comparable range brand new would cost $529.00 at Hahn Appliance. Attempted to discuss situation and miscommunication with owner, whom was unwilling to provide reasonable solution. Company is focused on profits over customer satisfaction.
