I took on a concrete grinding project for a shop I am opening and had the pleasure of working with Wendell and Logan at ABC Equipment! I’ve never rented heavy equipment, and after explaining my project, I rented the Edco Lite concrete grinder, and vacuum with HEPA filter (highly recommend!). I was supplied with multiple magnets to use on various surfaces which was incredibly helpful - the dots and segs worked perfectly for my job. Wendell assisted me initially and showed me videos of how to use the equipment and even showed me how to work everything when I came back for pick up. I used the equipment over a weekend and ran into some obstacles which led me to ABC first thing Monday morning to get another set of dots and under the gun on time. Logan assisted me and and was super understanding of my situation and gave me a little extra time because of circumstances. I was able to knock out the rest of the floor in a couple of hours. Upon returning, Logan helped me again and was just super helpful and accommodating. My experience working with these two gentleman actually made me look forward to renting with ABC Equipment again! Kudos to you all for taking such great care of your customers!

I will never use a different equipment rental company again! Every single person I spoke to was so helpful and kind, and they treated me as if I was renting thousands of dollars worth of equipment when I only rented a small tiller. I had an issue returning it back on time after some plans fell through, and they immediately offered to help and worked with me when they didn’t have to, or easily could have said “we can do x, but it will cost $x.” Honestly, even if they did charge me an additional fee, I would still give them 5 stars because their selection of equipment, pricing, and customer service is impeccable. We just bought a house that we have a LOT of plans for, so we’re definitely going to become regulars! Thank you all so much!
