Chris gave excellent service, very attentive to detail. Door looks and works great. He explained everything in detail afterward, helped me set up "my Q" on my phone to use as an extra remote. He did the frameout on the original opening frame (for reinforcement). A+kudos to a great young man. Also, thanks to Joel, salesman, who explained everything well and came out on a Sunday afternoon after our garage door broke and locked the door down till we could get it fixed. Thanks, A1 for great service.
Jeremy is the best! Super friendly, professional, and quick. He replaced both of our garage doors in record time, which is impressive because it is 100° outside! He was very knowledgeable about garage door openers and took time to explain the differences to me. I couldn’t be happier with A1 garage door service and will recommend it to anyone who asks!

Brion and his teammate (sadly I have forgotten his name) did an amazing job repairing my garage door. They walked me through what was needed and gave me options. They were knowledgeable, speedy and very kind!

Had Jeremy out this morning to check my opener that was acting up. It was determined that it had seen its better days and was time for a replacement. After giving me three choices explaining the differences between each and what they cost one was chosen and he got to work. In no time the opener was replaced and we were back in business.
This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with A1 and it won’t be the last. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

I am absolutely impressed with the service from A1 Garage Door Service. From calling to set up the appointment to seeing the finished result of the garage door repairs. I also like the way A1 introduces the technician by email and text that will be coming to do the repairs. Seeing Joel Kaufman's photo and reading a little about him, felt like I already knew him when he showed up. I couldn't be more pleased with Joel's friendly attitude, his knowledge, showing and explaining everything about what repairs were needed, made me very confident I was getting excellent repairs done. He was very efficient and was only here about an hour. I highly recommend calling A1 Garage Door Service, you will be very satisfied you did....I sure am!!!

Excellent communication and moved our spring replacement up as they could. Very happy with Joel’s service! Well trained, explained everything, professional in every way. There was some sticker shock for sure though! Replaced broken single spring with double spring 25000 cycle with 5yr warranty. Also replaced both bearings on the cable pulleys. One definitely needed. $1100!! Not sure we over paid or not. Very glad to get such good and timely service though!
