Todd was awesome, a guy I could sit and talk with all day, he’s nice, he knows his stuff! Todd was transparent and courteous throughout the whole process I told him he could do this work in his sleep he’s that good. Shout out to Carol or Cheryl, the lady whom I spoke to on the phone she’s sweet and got me an appointment the next morning. (Sorry if I got your name wrong). Thank you guys for fixing my garage.
I had one of the springs break on my garage door and it would not go up without assistance. I called Discount Garage Door and in less than one hour they already had someone at my house and start fixing the door. I talked to the tech about my concern about my garage door, because I had recently installed insulated panels on the garage door which I love, since I tend to work on one of my motorcycles in the garage during the winter. I was concerned with the extra weight added by the panels. He informed me that he could upgrade the springs to a stronger version and make sure the door was balanced. He did not try to up-sale me, which I highly appreciate. He informed that he could simply replace only the one spring that broke and I would be fine. But I am the one that made the decision to upgrade the springs without being pushed into doing so. And the price really surprised me. I was expecting with the upgrade and repair for the bill to run much higher. I definitely recommend them and I have them already Bookmarked in case I ever need to call on them again.
PS the repair and upgrade came with a 5 year warranty. :-)

I would Highly Recommend Todd with Discount Garage Door of Tulsa!!!! He was on Time, and quickly replaced the bolts that had came out of my garage door frame, which was why I had scheduled the appointment. He also did a complete inspection of everything, and replaced the circuitry board and batteries in my door opener, and made sure that the Code was working again, as well as getting rid of the corrosion that was inside the opener where the batteries are. He also lubed all the moving parts to my garage door, and nailed the trim work that was starting to sag along the outside. He didn't mind at all that I had added on all the extra projects at the last minute!!! Lastly, he made sure that my Other garage door didn't have any problems with it either while he was here. Thank You So Much Discount Garage Door of Tulsa for sending me such a Nice, Professional, Timely, and Efficient Technician.

Kyle from Discount Garage Door came out on a hot Sunday afternoon (today) and provided fantastic service! He was efficient in diagnosing the problem with my door and got to work right away on getting the issues resolved. My door works perfectly now. Heck of a nice guy too! Would definitely recommend this company!

Our garage door and opener were installed in Dec 2023 and are very nice, and the price was competitive. Everything was good, but 7 months later we starting have what seemed like mechanical issues with the door opener (July 2024), but due to some miscommunication on having it addressed (more so on my part), it wasn't initially taken care of. However, Cody, Quality Control, did follow up with me quickly (he was not the person I initially spoke with), but due to our being unavailable, we did not get back to him for a couple of weeks. It was at this time, we had returned home, and the garage door opener wasn't work. Anyway, I contacted Cody, and right away he set up an appointment for the next day. Cody showed up on time, identified a mechanical issue, fixed it, checked all the parts of the garage door and motor, and even went above and beyond by spraying all the appropriate parts. The door opener stopped working later the same day, but he came by first thing the next day and resolved it (it was our power surge protector & the power cord prongs not setting well in it). He already had a new garage door opener with him to replace the existing one, if it had needed to be. Cody has a great attitude and personality, and is definitely customer service oriented, which is a reflection of his boss/owner. The communication with him was very positive and professional. He is awesome to deal with. I was initially disappointed when I first called the company, but this was partly on me. Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend them, and I say this in all honesty, because my initial rating I had given was a 2, but they definitely earned and deserve the 5 star rating I am giving them now, as you can gather by what I have written.
