Robert came to do the home inspection for me and was nothing short of professional and efficient and thorough. I could easily tell that Robert loved what he did and was very knowledgeable, enjoyed sharing his wealth of knowledge, was personable, patient with all of my questions, and demonstrated high quality customer service. Drew did an inspection on a 99 year old home for us. I was very pleased with his attention to detail and willingness to provide in depth explanations and suggestions for remediation of issues uncovered.

Unfortunately writing this review years later but I cannot recommend this company because we found some big things that were missed on our inspection that has cost us close to $30k over these past few years. Please do your due diligence on picking a home inspector - also I highly recommend paying the extra to a structural engineer. I went with this company based on our realtor’s recommendation at the time.

Drew has inspected 3 homes for us and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s very professional and does a great job to explain his findings. He will answer questions and take time to make you feel that you understand. I would tell anyone buying a home to use Drew.

Robert was excellent. He inspected the house thoroughly, was patient with my fiance who asked a lot of questions during the process, and was the utmost professional. Once the inspection was completed Robert went through every item of note/concern and we walked away feeling confident we understood everything he had explained.
