Modern Woodscapes built us the absolutely perfect pergola (our version of a cabana) for our space and needs. Jared was great to work with on the design, prices were clear, and the installation process was seamless. All went smoothly and we could not possibly be more pleased with the way it turned out! It is perfect for us!

We wanted to build a pergola on the back patio and in addition install some kind of windows (polycarbonate) to prevent rain, wind and reduce solar radiation on the upper part of our pavilion. I had a general plan and invited several craftsmen for detailed quotations. Unlike most other professionals, Jared came, accurately measured the entire backyard, took notes, took pictures and promised to get back to me within 3 days with a detailed plan and an exact price quote. Indeed it was exactly so. He reached us again with a computer simulation, an exact simulation according to the hours of the sun during the day and in addition a detailed price offer. The price was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. He showed seriousness, attention to the smallest details and thoroughness already at this stage, which is why we chose him. The work was carried out while ensuring that his employees were efficient and worked thoroughly. While assembling, we had to make some small adjustments and changes that were carried out according to our wishes. The task was completed within a week to our satisfaction. According to our neighbors, this is the most beautiful pergola in the neighborhood! And the pavilion became spectacular with the brown shading windows. I highly recommend Modern Woodscapes.

We hired Jared and his crew to add a large pergola to our back patio. He provided us with a 3-D rendering with views from every angle.The assembly team was courteous, hardworking and dependable.They cleared the job site daily.Would use them again in the future for other projects.Highly recommend!

Top quality from start to finish! The back of my house faces west and I needed a solution to help create some shade. I had a typical postage stamp sized uncovered patio so I was not able to fully enjoy my backyard over the past 3 years since moving in. After meeting with Jared and talking about solutions, he provided me with 3D renderings so I knew exactly what it would look like once completed. Modern Woodscapes extended my patio and installed a pergola to help combat the hot Oklahoma weather. They did a beautiful job and the space they created exceeded my expectations. Jared kept me notified during the whole process from beginning to end. Jared and his team were a pleasure to work with! Thank you Modern Woodscapes for giving me and my dogs a way to finally enjoy our space!
