We wanted granite countertops and we used AS to get them. They were just installed 8-14-23 so with the process complete I can say beyond any doubt that you really need to come here for your stone needs. In one phone call Courtney helped us find what we wanted and needed, sent pictures, then we decided on another type of granite so she showed us that, then we finally decided on Negresco and she went to work helping us find the perfect slabs, and made sure they were sister slabs cut out of the same stone so that the three separate pieces of countertops would all blend and have a perfectly matched feel of color, grain, texture etc. This was so very important as the negresco, by nature, can vary quite a bit, so she made sure ours would all be in perfect harmony. Her communication and customer service skills are IMPECCABLE. I used to manage customer service for a worldwide industrial supply company. I KNOW what good customer service is. Courtney was truly as good as anybody I'd ever known. In fact everybody we came in contact with at AS was friendly and professional. The whole experience was a class act. One day we walked in on short notice and Courtney was busy and we visited with Rosa and she was awesome as well!! Really blown away with these two ladies' professionalism and skill. If you have material needs, call Arc Services, I was very impressed with the entire process!! 10 ?!!

I’ve worked with Evelyn, Crystal, Albert, Matt and the rest of the gang for over five years. All the inventory is organized, indoor and priced competitively. But more importantly they make you feel welcome and genuinely interested in being of service to you. And it really is all about going somewhere where the people know your name.

Had a great experience at Bedrock after a less than stellar experience at Verona Marble (see my review there). The staff was very friendly and helpful and more than willing to move slabs around. Their selection is great and we quickly found something that we liked. Thank you Bedrock.
