We went to Mill Creek upon the advise of a local contractor. We are building this “home” on our own as hiring people and contractors has become a painstaking endeavor.
Tyler at Mill Creek granite was immediately responsive and recognized that we were not experienced in the world of granite countertops. He walked us through the process with patience, and his experience and knowledge was immediately apparent. They sized and measured our kitchen with precision instruments. I’m a pretty capable builder, but this project is arguably the eighth wonder of the post Pangean world. My walls aren’t laser perfect, to put things mildly.
We selected a magnificent slab from Pacific Shores. Tyler took it from there.
Ten days later, the very capable installment crew arrived at our “job site”. After navigating the abyssal that my kid calls a driveway, they went straight to work. They spent the next two days methodically and skillfully setting our countertops. I watched closely as they shimmed and shored each piece until they were perfect. Astoundingly, their cuts conformed precisely to my not so perfect walls.
When they were finished, Tyler advised me that we still had a considerable quantity of slab remaining at the cutting facility. We had them measure our bathrooms and backsplashes in the kitchen as well. He made certain that we were utilizing as much of the slab as possible.
Being a CPA, I’m a bit particular when it comes down to the dollar bill and the value I get for it. The folks at Mill Creek surpassed my expectations and our granite is the centerpiece of this home. A true quality installation.
Now that this home is nearly complete, my wife and I are hopeful that junior will finally move out our house and into his own palace. We are confident that this Spectacle in Stone will tip the scales in our favor, in his quest for a suitable daughter in law.
Good experience until the installers showed up and since the end product is what I see, that is the most important part of the job. Not sure why the measuring expert even came to the house with the high tech laser system. The installers complained from the beginning that the measurements are always too tight. So they said they first needed to shave some off the ends. They shaved a lot off. Still damaged sheetrock badly on both installs. Didn't even apologize. Didn't cleanup the granite shavings from the driveway. Dude with a caulk gun did a horrible job attempting to cover up the gaps and told me my painter would be able to do a better job. I told him I am the painter and expected a better effort. He said well sorry, you have a lovely house and left. Never got a follow up call from the the office to ensure the job was finished right. They are a volume dealer that prefers to work with builders and not home owners. Wish they would have just told me that up front.

I’ve had my granite installed for about 6 months now, no problems whatsoever. I will recommend Mill Creek to anyone that needs counter tops. My contractor recommended me to them and I couldn’t be happier. The sales rep in Tulsa was amazing. I went to the granite yard and the gentlemen there was very helpful, I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision even when we had looked at dozens of options. The entire process took a little over four weeks and I had multiple people from Mill Creek reach out to me about scheduling and the selections I made. I have no complaints about this company, they were friendly and a pleasure to work with. I plan to remodel my bathrooms myself and I will use Mill Creek for the granite.

Highly do NOT recommend. It’s a long one but this is a cautionary review so you don’t waste your money and time. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the product itself looks great and the installation crew was amazing and very respectful! However, we were extremely disappointed with the customer services all around. There were moments where we honestly felt they didn’t care one bit when or if we got out countertops. The first instance was our sales rep was extremely apathetic and non engaging to us. When we were deciding if we were going to use them, she took forever to get ahold of and when we needed to take the time for this big decision, since this was our first home project ever, she made it seem like taking the time to discuss it together was an inconvenience for her. Months later on install day, no one ever called me to confirm the time so I had to call day of to find out what time our install would be at. I was told 2:00 and they didn’t show up until 6:15. They ask for a 2 hour window but apparently that doesn’t start from your initial appointment time, it just keeps getting delayed every time they call you to say they are running behind and they’ll be there later. We also were missing back splash from our kitchen as well, which we clearly said we wanted from the very beginning, and we had to wait over a week to get it. They even had to come back out and measure it for the second time. I was told the following Tuesday we’d get them installed that day anywhere from 9:00 to 2:00. 1:45 pm on Tuesday I get a call saying it’s not in the truck so we won’t get it until the next day. Spoiler alert, we didn’t get them until Friday, 3 days later. So if you like dealing with a place that has poor customer service and time management this is the place for you! They were good at righting their wrongs, but we will pass and in the future go somewhere else with our business.

We cannot praise Mill Creek Granite and Stone enough. Each and every step was carefully done from measuring for the template to removal of the old countertops to installation of the new granite and sink. The installation crew was top notch, careful and considerate. The granite was cut perfectly and precisely and perfectly fit the areas that we were having done We really appreciated Carrie and our sales person who worked with us to meet our needs and our schedule. We highly recommend these folks if you need new granite installed.

Looks like my review got deleted. I won’t stop until this is heard around Oklahoma.
This place is PATHETIC when it comes to their employees and they are racist and prejudice against native Americans.
My full blood Cherokee great grand father worked for Mill Creek for over 20 years. He put so much money into his retirement, and guess what? He was DENIED his retirement when it came to it. They didn’t give him anything. Absolutely nothing. He left with his last check and that was it. I will be getting a lawyer and will be suing Mill Creek. This isn’t the last you’ll hear of my and my family.

The granite looks good, but the sales guy was just absolutely terrible. Never remembered what exactly I ordered, always tried to quote more than I had said I needed. When I told him I was uncomfortable with how he handled my order, he said he was uncomfortable with me! Unacceptable attitude with a customer!!! After they installed countertop in my master bath, I decided to use someone else for my guest bath and kitchen because I could not bear dealing with the unprofessional sales guy anymore. I found Crossroads Granite - lower prices, outstanding customer service! I had Crossroads do the rest of my house and am very happy with them. Would not recommend Millcreek to anyone.
