Arrived promptly, went right to work in hot attic Immediately. Did new system installation, gave detailed instruction on operating the system. Gathered all old equipment and cartons. Did not leave any debris. Very efficient.

My parents bought a new home that was set up with 360 alarm (keypad, window/door sensors, glass break, keyless entry, & cameras). We decided to contract with them after hearing the rave reviews by sellers & contacted Daniel Garvin with 360 Alarm who educated me on what was already in the home, what could be added & how to proceed with getting things switched over & set up. From start to finish, I was so impressed! No foreign call centers, long wait times…it was a direct number to call & get immediate results! As soon as the install date came, Roman & Sean showed up & hit the ground running setting up the system & verifying everything was in working order. Roman walked me through setting up the entire app & showing me all the perks and capabilities of it! They truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re 100% comfortable. After the install was completed I was also reminded to call in at any time if I have any additional questions or concerns. Wow, talk about high tech & security literally at your fingertips!
