3rd update - Correct sized window has been installed as of today, but the installer said they didn't know they had to install trim and left without doing that?!?
2nd UPDATE -
We are *now* being told that the measurements for the window we were supposed to receive have *now* been sent to the factory and we should receive the correct window within 2 months unless there are further delays ~due to supplier issues~...
I will continue to update this review as this progresses.
UPDATE
Despite the measurements on the ppwk being the correct, one of the windows shipped from the factory was the wrong size.
We were told a new window would arrive and be installed in about a month.
We then received multiple phone calls asking us to review Champion, which I refused to do until I got the final window.
We then received a letter in the mail telling us that if we did not contact them by a specific date , we were forgoing the correct window.
We left messages at the listed number every other day for 2 weeks, received no response and still do not have a new window.
Here is a picture of what was left in place of the window we were supposed to receive.
It is too small on all measurements and looks ridiculous.
From the sales person Isaac to the installation guys, I really enjoyed my experience with Champion. I ordered six windows and they had them built and installed within a month. They have been in the house now for a couple months and seem to be doing well. I love finally being able to open my windows!!
For contrast, I had to order one window from renewal by Anderson that is a replacement for a different window in the house and it has now been well over six weeks and I have had no contact and I’m displeased and shocked at how long this street-facing broken window is taking to come in. Really unfortunate considering they are “the Ferrari of windows.” I think only their pricing reflects a Ferrari, nothing else.

Hello! I’m writing because my parents live in fort Gibson, Oklahoma. They have been waiting on and paid for the majority or at least half of the windows they have been waiting for. AGAIN for over a YEAR! The company from Tulsa came out and tried to bamboozle them by giving them three panes at the top and four at the bottom. Again, they are waiting. Told they would be called by 1june to schedule the windows to be installed. Company called and asks for MORE money on top of their mistakes and windows that look freaking ridiculous! We are ready to go to the news, or shout this from the damn roof tops. My father has spoken to the CEO at the end of September and windows arrived in may and still not correct. We are about to call channel 2 news works for you to let them know how champion is ripping off the elderly. Do better, be an honest business and quit making false promises!!!!!

UPDATE: it’s January 16th and we are still without a window. Added a picture with the snow during our sub-zero temperatures this week. Champion Windows removed a window 4 months ago and still has not replaced. Hands down the worst company I have ever done business with.
This is the only review of Champion Windows & Home Exteriors you should ever need.
On September 25 Champion removed our upstairs window and replaced it with what you see below. It took them 18 days to reorder the window once they knew it didn’t fit. I received a call on December 4 telling me the order was never submitted to be built and will take an additional, minimum 4 weeks. That will put us at 3 months with a plywood window. Since September 25, I have spoken with their customer service, local installation manager, Director of National Ops Support and the CEO of Great Day Improvements, the parent company or Champion Windows. Throughout the entire process not one person wants to take responsibility, apologize or offer any assurance of when the job will be completed. At this point we have paid 90% of the cost of the project (2 other windows were installed) and am just stuck without recourse. All I can do at this point is provide this information to others and suggest you avoid Champion Windows at all costs.
EDIT: Champion has replied below but this is not a serious response. I have spoken with everyone at Champion and they are not concerned with getting this fixed. They are only concerned with it looking like they are working on it. Customer service and accountability has been non-existent with them and everyone from the CEO down has my contact information. If they want to reach out to me they can.

Duane was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the best windows for my needs. The process was smooth, and exceeded my expectations. Couldn't be happier with the service provided! Definitely recommended!

Duane with Champion was amazing to work with. He didn't try and "Sell" me his product, he showed it to me and explained the product to me. I didn't feel pressured or intimidated. He answered every question I had and some I hadn't even thought of. And who can beat the Lifetime warranty that Champion offers. And if it matters to you like it does me, all windows from Champion are made in the USA.

After being told by several different managers, our sales person, Isaac Cook, that what we wanted could not be done, Mr. Cook left apologetically. An hour or so later he appeared at our door with great news. He knew we were quite disappointed so he continued to pursue our situation just to find that it could be done. That persistence is rare and Mr. Cook should be highly commended for saving the sale for you and giving his customers what they truly wanted. We are excited to continue business with Champion. Kudos, Mr. Cook !!!!!!!

I read multiple reviews from various companies and chose a few to do estimates. My last estimate was with Champion. After my incredible sales experience with Duane Bruggeman, I was so impressed that I felt like I should take a moment to share my experience. The guy is truly an incredible representation of the quality of that Champion is known for. Not only was he impressive in his knowledge and presentation but he showed us how impressive their product is compared to their competitors. It is certainly worth your time to make an appointment and see the difference. Their warranty was BY FAR better than all of their competition!

There were some mis steps in the beginning, as the new sales consultant missed a couple of key requirements in the paperwork, but after a couple of calls to the sales manager, things moved quickly and I had my windows sooner than expected. The install team was friendly and efficient. Took about 3 hours for all 4 windows, including 2 large picture frame windows from start to finish. Love the look and I'm hoping to see the energy savings in a couple of months.
