Update 3/12/24 Last week I was called by a Regional Director with Pella. He gave me the opportunity to voice my concerns. I really appreciate the call from Pella. Raising to a 4 star review. We had a pro window cleaner come out to get the residue off the windows.
Update: Pella sent someone out to remove the sticker residue from the window. This person couldn’t handle the ladder and honestly thought he was going to bust out a window on the first floor. I told him thanks for coming and then told him to leave.
We had two upstairs windows installed and one tempered glass window installed in main floor bathroom. They did a great job installing all windows. But one upstairs window on the East side of the house had sticker residue on it. It’s on the top part of the window on the outside so I can’t reach it on the inside. Above the bathroom window on the wall, black fingerprints were left. You may need to zoom in on the photos to see what I’m talking about. The upstairs window sticker marks really stand out when the morning sun is shining. I’ve talked to Cullen last week and he told me he would work on getting someone out here. I haven’t heard back from anyone. When the issue is resolved I’ll change this to five stars.
Our consultant, Brandon, was so great to work with. He answered every question I had, and was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed to be able to move forward with getting our broken window replaced. He made the whole process very clear and very easy!

Chase Coldwater is the most amazing representative for the Pella Company! He went over and above his job duties to help me get my windows measured and ordered. He has always been helpful when I have called for my order updates. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase windows!

Made a large purchase on windows and panel door in January. Window install went great and looks great beside the installers trampling the bushes. Panel Door finally delivered in April but still not installed completely. The sales man has tried to assist us as much as possible, but the rest of the install team doesn't really seem to care. We did have some measurement issues, but nothing that could not be corrected, but it was an absolute nightmare try to get the manager to accept the install. Frame was finally installed in May and the installer had some defective parts, but the frame was not install where we requested it. Still waiting on parts!!!!!! Been about 6 months and door is still not installed. This is on my business, so yes, my business has been effected by the eye sore of the install not being finished and safety hazards. In my opinion, if you have a business that has a large purchase as we did a sales man should go out and verify measurements instead of try to explain it over the phone or by text before the product is ordered. Save your self some time and go somewhere else for windows and doors if you don't want a headache!

Our experience with Pella Windows & Doors of Tulsa was magnificent! Our Sales rep was extremely professional and very helpful from the start of the job and to when the job was completed. He definitely knew the product. Installers did a great job. We are so pleased and would highly recommend Pella Doors and Windows 0f Tulsa.

Brandon Warthan was so incredibly helpful. This is our 2nd time to use Pella and Brandon and they did an amazing job both times. From the first meeting and measurements to the installation - the experience was nothing less than 5 ⭐️
We had some extreme requests and they exceeded everyone and met all of our expectations and could t be happier with the product and service!!

When we purchased our home we reached out to Pella to get a quote on replacing our dated, and only slightly functional, sliding doors to the backyard. We worked with Tyler and had a great experience as he explained the ordering process and timing of custom door production. He came out to measure and make sure we got everything we needed. Installation day finally came, the crew arrived and were respectful of the space and left a clean job site. We love our functional Pella double french doors!

We have tried to get new doors for about 3 years. We have an odd entry and it took
Someone taking time to make the proper decision to make the new door perfect. Justin took the time to come out look at Pinterest and advise us on the design that would look best on our house. Justin was amazing and in my opinion deserves a raise or bonus for the above and beyond measure he too for us! I would completely recommend Pella for the door replacement ask for Justin! We are so happy with the company and the door itself.
