First time buying a house and Chris was amazing to work with on the home inspection. Chris took the time to explain everything he documented and made sure we understood everything. Chris also provided lots of details and pictures in his report allowing us to make the best-informed decision we could! Chris even allowed me to follow him around and see in real time what he was checking. Now I don't recommend that because shortly I felt I was more in the way than anything. Not because Chris told me to get out of the way or anything just kind of felt like I was slowing him down. FYI don't follow your home inspector around just let them do their job and they will explain everything at the end especially if you use Peace of Mind Inspections!

Worked with Mr. Allison while purchasing a new home. He was not only personable, but very willing to educate me on different part of the process. When the time came to make recommendations for repair, he was able to answer all of my questions and make excellent suggestions about how to proceed.
To make it even better, Mr. Allison experienced a family emergency (which would have made any kind of delay completely understandable) but STILL made a point to get our written inspection to us in a timely manner.
10/10 would recommend to anyone.

We loved our service from Peace of Mind Inspections! The report was easy to navigate, very detailed, included pictures and videos , and he even put in the report who we would need to contact to fix the issue. We really appreciated his attention to detail and highly recommend him to any and every one!

I had Chris out for a home inspection in Stillwater. Communication was great. He was patient with all of my questions and made sure I understood all of the potential concerns with the house. Final report was clear and easy to navigate. Very thorough. Highly recommend!

I couldn't recommend Peace of Mind enough. Chris was very professional and very easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and detailed with his reports. He is also very good about answering any questions you may have. I wouldn't go anywhere else when looking for an inspector. 10/10 Experience.

Chris did a fantastic job inspecting our new home. He found multiple issues that we would not have discovered without his expertise.
