Loved the tech who came out today. I just moved into a new home and needed the HVAC system inspected and serviced. I also needed a smart thermostat installed. Tech arrived as promised and made sure to explain what was done. The best part was that he did great work, was professional and did not try to sell me anything. I will use this company again in the future.
I had an excellent experience with ComfortShield! Richards team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They got my system serviced in a timely manner and the custom service was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone needing any heating or air conditioning services!

They were able to make it out quickly which in this heat is almost priceless. Figured out the problem and got it fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. Explained how the AC systems works what can go wrong things to do to help it work better. Did not try to u sell. I like that they are Veteran owned.

Everything was explained fully, the owner of the company completed our install on a Saturday. Very professional and knowledgeable. The owner is a Veteran and all his technicians are Veterans as well. Very happy with the service provided.

The owner came out. I was impressed with his work and professionalism. I love to learn how things work and he was a great teacher. We have never met before, but it quickly became apparent he values quality, service, and building lasting business relationships. Will be using his company again. And i love how his company is so supportive of our Veterans.
