Had to call on Memorial Day after 7pm because one of our tenants had an emergency plumbing problem. 1 Tom plumbing was fast and efficient on getting to our tenants house and taking care of them. Daniel, the gentleman who answered our call was beyond professional and helpful. Truly appreciate this company coming to our rescue during the holiday.
Robert Harley did a great job. He was friendly, diligent, HONEST, reasonably priced and very informative. I will definitely be calling 1 Tom Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. ?

Robert the plumbing technician was professional, courteous, clean and timely. He removed two toilets and installed two new toilets in about 3 hours including explanation and clean up. I highly recommend this company. The price was comparable to other companies and cheaper than most we have considered.

Zeke and Frankie were great! Showed up on time, they were professional, communicated cost before work was started, cleared my drain, cleaned up their mess and even showed me a few things about my system that I didn’t know. Will definitely use them again in the future!!!

This was my first experience with 1-Tom-Plumber and I was highly impressed. Not only being a weekend, but Father’s Day and Zeke Contreras was here in less than 20 minutes! From call in to job completion this was a pleasant experience. Zeke took extra time to educate me and walked me through the entire process!
Problem was solved and future plans for prevention and elimination are in place thanks to his diligence.
I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber!

On a Saturday night, these guys answered and dispatched Zeke within 45 minutes. When Zeke got there, he was professional, thorough and so kind. He walked us through what was going on and fixed our issue quickly. We can’t recommend him enough! Thank you!!!

Awesome service! Robert arrived less than an hour after I called for an after hours emergency repair when a pipe burst on my tankless water heater. He did a fantastic job on the repair, getting it done quickly but also doing a thorough job of explaining things to me, while being patient with me asking a million questions. Definitely recommend!

Zeke was fantastic. He did come out on a weekend, took a look at everything and walked me through everything they did and were going to have to do. Was able to get it schedule immediately to get our house back up and running! Would highly recommend!

We used Robert Harley for a clogged drain and were very impressed. We tried all the basic things and couldn’t find the problem so we needed a pro. He was very professional and punctual.
He explained what he was doing and why and I appreciate the time he took to teach us so we didn’t have the same problem again.
We will definitely use him again and Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for drain services!
