AXION Mold & Water Damage Restoration

We discovered mold and water under our sink on a Friday night and called Axion right away. Their technician (Levi) was able to come out the next day in the early afternoon to treat and begin the process for giving us a bid for correcting the issue. He called me ahead of arriving which was helpful. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was patient with our barky dogs. Great experience so far with Axion!

I can confidently and happily recommend Axion as an excellent water restoration company to anyone in need of honest, efficient, and incredibly helpful service for water and mold mitigation needs. We experienced a burst pipe in our home, resulting in flooding throughout our entire basement. Ben, the owner, and his team responded promptly to inspect our situation. As an added bonus, Ben called me before our scheduled inspection to inquire about our situation, determining whether professional help was necessary or if I could potentially manage the mitigation on my own. His transparency regarding the potential costs of large-scale mitigation work and their busy schedule due to the recent major winter storm in the Portland area reassured me that I was working with an honest business owner, focused on the client's best interest. Throughout the mitigation and insurance process, Ben, Jesse, Nicki, and the rest of the AXION team provided invaluable guidance. They were extremely detailed in documenting water readings and taking photos daily until everything met the dry standard. This thoroughness made presenting the final mitigation report and invoice to my insurance seamless. The insurance team acknowledged the level of detail in the report, noting that many mitigation companies don’t provide such thorough documentation. This often results in prolonged verification processes and potential disputes over the mitigation bill. AXION Mold & Water Damage Restoration

This company demonstrated honesty, integrity and earned my trust. First off, Ben spent time talking with me and answering my many questions over the phone, which I really appreciated! I sent him photos, and he was able to give me a ballpark quote over the phone. They were able to schedule time to remediate the mold in my attic in a relative quick timeline (within a week). Levi came to the house and had such a positive, can-do attitude! He was able to quickly remove the mold in the attic with great results (see before & after photos)! When it was time to invoice me, the bill was 10% less than the ballpark quote! Wow! I highly recommend Axion (Ben & Levi)! They are a company you can trust and rely on for results!
