This review is long overdue and i think Tim deserved it 100%. The home inspection took place last year and he is detail oriented and generated an advance report with countless photos and videos and recommendations. He would answer my question late at night, and you can tell its a thoughtful response. What surprised me even more is, after 6 month has gone by and one random night I had a minor question on the inspection report and he would respond right away. He would addressed all my concerns immediately, which allowed me to sleep better at night. Highly recommend Tim

Truly outstanding work and service. Tim's experience proved itself to be very valuable. Details all there, verbally, written, photographic. Formats are clear, concise, thorough, fast! Tim literally saved us from making a decision that would have led to a financial disaster. He discovered things I never would have thought of looking at, explained them perfectly, with recommendations of what to do about them if we moved forward. Thank God for Tim, we didn't. I know when it's the right house it will prove to be so through Tim's diligent inspection.

Highly recommend Blue Ladder Home Inspections. Their attention to detail, knowledge of everything that involves a house is mind blowing. They look/think think of things contractors don't/easily miss and have no problem bringing it up. As a customer I felt they had my back 100 percent even though we just met. All my questions were answered and I know not an cm of my house was missed during the inspection. The final report was so organized and easy to understand which is great for someone like me who doesn't understand all the construction lingo. If you want to be able to trust someone with your home or future home, Blue Ladder Home is the place. Can't recommend and brag about them enough!!!
