After seeing my 15 yr old son enjoying this class so much, I decided to join myself to get the full experience! Instructor David runs a clean, well equipped shop with top notch instruction and class materials. We were exposed to all kinds of different welding procedures (GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, SMAW/stick, FCAW/flux) and got to spend plenty of hands-on time with all of them. I highly recommend these classes for kids and adults alike!

Amazing school!!!! The instructor David is super knowledgeable about all things welding, from the nuts and bolts science, to career paths and more, nothing is off the table. And he's got skills and experience to back up all the theoretical knowhow. On top of all that he's a great teacher. David will spot an issue from across the shop and it only takes one demonstration or piece of advice for me to be able to correct. The classes are very customizable, so most kinds of welding processes and projects are available to work on. I was more challenged and had more fun at Weldtight than I did at probably any other point in my education so far. This is a great place to come dip your toes into the metallurgical world, or hone skills that you already have.

I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about WeldTight and the owners, David and Kessa Williams. My 19 year old son became interested in Welding through his current job. He did not want to attend a college that would take 2 years to obtain a certificate in Welding. We searched around for classes and were so happy to find that WeldTight was local and only 4 miles away from our home. Our son, was able to join classes in MIG and TIG on Tuesdays for 3 hours at a time for 4 weeks at a time. The cost was affordable and our son was able to go straight after work. He found David was also an instructor at PCC. Not only was in incredible knowledgeable and an expert in this trade, he was able to make our son feel confident and enhanced his love for Welding. Our son now takes 1:1 classes with David and is learning the trade and working toward his certification. Kessa, David's wife, has been such an amazing asset by helping our son build his resume and cover letter in hopes that he can further employment in the this Trade that our son loves so much. I believe the long lost trades are in higher demand than ever before. If you or someone you know wants to further their commitment to Welding, this is the place to go. They will not regret it.
