True South Solar is a phenomenal solar company. After researching several solar companies and meeting with a few consultants, there was no question in my mind that True South Solar was the right choice. Consultant Matt Bentley was extremely knowledgeable and explained their products, incentives and installation procedures in an easily understood manner. True South Solar offers superior solar panels for extremely reasonable prices and their quote was less expensive than other quotes I received from other companies. The installation process was seamless and was executed in a very professional manner. The crew was extremely professional and also respectful, paying attention to my specific needs. Aaron was always in constant contact with me throughout the process explaining to me the specific details throughout each step. Also Rianna was always there to answer any questions I may have had. I am absolutely thrilled with the final result. With the highest confidence I absolutely recommend True South Solar for anyone interested in solar panels.

I started down the journey of considering solar nearly two years ago; however, it was late 2023 that it became a serious consideration. I worked with a total of seven (7) different companies to put together quotes and discuss options for my house. While there was one company that came in at a slightly lower cost (for the same size system) - True South Solar had a very strong value proposition. They came to the table with a very good design, utilizing high-quality technology, and all at a fair price (minor negotiations took place to achieve final outcome). True South Solar was one of the companies that was referred by the Energy Trust of Oregon - and they also work with the Oregon Department of Energy to ensure I was able to reserve the rebates that were available - ensuring this was a cost-effective solution for my needs. Beyond True South Solar providing a system that met my needs at a cost-effective price point - my primary contact throughout the sales process (Matt Bentley) was the least "pushy" or otherwise "salesman-like" of all the companies. He was pleasant to work with and did not try any of the high-pressure tactics that other companies used. I had his contact information, and he was incredibly responsive when I reached out to him. The installation itself had a slight delay due to some unexpected rain; however, they finished up directly after. End result is a professional looking and "clean" install of a system that, so far, is out-performing expectations (~2 months in at this point). While other companies I worked with might be better for some people looking to install Solar. I'd highly recommend that True South be consulted before signing with anyone else.
